About the Role



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Effectively build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications and related documents.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits (some travel may be required) to familiarize yourself with the job site conditions and scope.
  • Review and comprehend project specifications and drawings.
  • Perform detailed takeoffs.
  • Identify approach, labor, equipment, materials, and time requirements for each specific project.
  • Compute cost by analyzing labor, equipment, materials, and time requirements for each specific project.
  • Prepare and submit detailed proposals.
  • Lead estimate turnover on successful bids.
  • Maintain and price change orders.
  • Accumulate, evaluate, and document historical cost data.
  • Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks by following standards set forth by OSHA and DHG’s EHS Program.
  • Contributes to team effort by performing and accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Experience working in HCSS, Primavera and Excel.


Qualifications



  • Include at least 2 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Construction Management or Construction Engineering.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Position Overview

Samyn-D’Elia Architects is seeking a Senior Associate Architect with 10–15 years of experience who thrives in a hands-on, design-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The extended assignment RN Clinical Nurse- Critical Care is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed care givers who ensure that patients, families, and significant others receive individualized high quality, safe patient care. They practice in a clinical environment that is administered by Nurse Managers and other leaders and is supported through the WellStar Shared Governance Model. Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Experience
Four to five years of job-related experience

  • Coordinate student hiring and staff/faculty search processes, including position postings, onboarding and offboarding procedures, payroll/time reporting support, and maintenance of search documentation and procedural guidelines.
  • Manage procurement and financial processing activities, including purchasing requests, supplier coordination, invoice processing, expense reports, reimbursements, external committee member payments, and routine financial record tracking.
  • Support logistics for JMHP programs and operations, including room and space reservations, scheduling support, and event planning assistance.
  • Serve as a liaison for facilities and building-related needs, providing backup coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day unit operations.

Knowledge

  • Ability and temperament to work with sensitive information in an executive-level environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS 365, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong proficiency in financial software, especially Workday.
