Job Summary and Qualifications

What You Will Do In Your Role:

  • You will have an understanding of aseptic technique and apply the knowledge in assuring maintenance of a sterile field and in assisting in a procedure or prepping a patient for surgery.
  • You will demonstrate knowledge of which areas need to be prepped for the different kinds of procedure.
  • You will assess the patient prior to surgery and establish that the patient understands the procedure being done and that a “timeout” be done prior to any procedure with the rest of the perioperative team.
  • You will demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and serve as a resource to the Surgical Services team.
  • You will have accountability for delivering quality nursing care services and for promoting a positive image of nursing.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing is required. BSN is preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).
  • Current BLS and ACLS Certification are required.
  • 1-year of clinical OR experience as a licensed RN required - Operating Room, CVOR, Perioperative Services, Surgery, Surgical Services

Minimum Qualifications

KEY PURPOSE:

The Marketing Manager, USA will be the on-the-ground force driving Berghaus’ brand momentum across the market. Acting as the essential link between our Global HQ in London and our commercial, product, and retail teams in the US, this role will identify and unlock opportunities that accelerate brand growth in one of our highest potential markets. KEY PURPOSE:

The Senior Community Marketing Manager leads Speedo’s community, social, and media presence in North America, building meaningful connections with consumers, creators, and brand partners. The Global Product Manager - Hardgoods is responsible for building and maintaining Speedo’s global range within designated categories. This includes maintaining and growing current business, briefing and building new lines based on market opportunities and brand positioning, fostering key relationships internally and in the marketplace.

Additionally, this role will enhance brand values and deliver key performance metrics, style efficiency targets, and sales margin objectives.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

KEY PURPOSE:

As our Inventory Planner, you are responsible for inventory management and development of a DC replenishment plan that satisfies demand and optimizes service vs cost objectives as defined by leadership. Your primary role is to plan inventory across core and fashion workflows, manage related planning systems (when applicable) for your portion of the business, and minimize stock excess and obsolescence.
