POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking Construction Inspectors that have the drive and integrity to work with clients and vendors. Previous inspection experience is needed in this role.
PRIMARY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform as an entry to lead inspector on various projects responsible for the inspection and documentation of construction in the areas of building code compliance, concrete, pre-stress concrete, shotcrete, masonry, steel, fireproofing, waterproofing, and roofing. Ability to properly interpret construction documents and prepare well-written and concise reports capturing all necessary elements is required.
- Must be able to properly follow directions, perform in a responsible manner with minimal oversight.
- Provide daily reports of observation and test results

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with the Olive Young SCM Division in Korea and the 3PL operator’s management team to support planning discussions for a new U.S. logistics center.

We are seeking a candidate to supervise drivers at one of our locations.
The Operations Supervisor provides direction at a single location, leading staff to ensure customer requirements are achieved while meeting our Penske goals and objectives.

About the Team
The primary responsibility of the Logistics Modeling team is to intelligently and efficiently plan how CarMax moves vehicles across its nationwide network. Each year, CarMax completes over 2 million vehicle moves, and our data scientists develop algorithms that determine which moves are executed by CarMax and which are handled by third-party logistics partners. For the moves CarMax completes, the team generates detailed plans specifying exactly which vehicles each driver will transport and when. To be successful, these plans must optimize efficiency while ensuring vehicles arrive on time to meet customer and operational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:
