Litigation Associate – Culver City, CA
About us: Maune Raichle Hartley French & Mudd, LLC is a national plaintiffs’ law firm that exclusively represents victims of mesothelioma. Our firm is based in St. Louis with ten offices across the country and rapidly growing teams. With over eighty attorneys and two hundred seventy total employees, we are dedicated to maximizing the recovery of our deserving clients.
What we’re looking for: Our Culver City office is seeking to hire a Litigation Associate to support our growing clientele. We are looking for energetic, driven, detail-oriented people for this on-site position.
Our cases are complex, frequently involving dozens of defendants. We often achieve multi-million dollar recoveries for our clients. Because of our complex litigation and commitment to our clients, our firm is 100% on site. This allows for a collaborative, open-door environment where we can work together to effectively represent and advocate for our clients.
As an associate, you will learn all aspects of asbestos litigation. The successful candidate should be a quick study as you will need to become familiar with various sources of asbestos exposure and the basic medical terminology associated with mesothelioma. You will be responsible for case investigation, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, document review, drafting and arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial. The successful candidate will serve as a second or third chair during trials with the potential to first chair trials after gaining sufficient experience.
Our work involves a lot client contact, which brings us into the lives of families going through the most stressful time of their lives. Empathy and the ability to build rapport with people from varied backgrounds are keys to success in this position.
Qualifications:
· J.D. from ABA accredited institution and admission to Missouri bar, or eligibility for reciprocity (Illinois admission is a bonus);
· Strong academic record;
· Excellent legal research and writing abilities;
· Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships;
· Willingness to travel (30-40% travel on average) to client's homes and other relevant locations frequently for multiple nights;
· Ability to work as an individual and as a part of a team on behalf of injured clients;
· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize;
· Ability to work under a deadline in a fast-paced environment;
· Commitment to plaintiff work.
Preferred Experience:
· Experienced attorneys ideally have some trial, research and writing, and deposition experience, along with case management. Prior asbestos (plaintiffs’ side) experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates with judicial clerkship experience are encouraged to apply.

- Drive sales adoption of creator-specific packages and solutions.
- Partner with the Branded Content team to ensure collateral and RFP responses are revenue-optimized, on-strategy, and operationally feasible.
- Translate creator updates, new formats, and performance insights into clear, actionable sales guidance.
- Serve as the day-to-day revenue partner to sellers by removing friction, accelerating deal cycles, and strengthening advertiser confidence.
3. Revenue Performance, Forecasting & Accountability
- Own revenue forecasting, pacing, and pipeline health for assigned creator partnerships.
- Proactively surface gaps, risks, and trends, and act on them.
- Maintain accountability for overall partnership profitability, not just top-line revenue.
- Track lost or constrained revenue and partner with Partner Managers, Branded Content, and Commercial Strategy to close systemic gaps.
- Deliver a clear, data-backed sales performance narrative to leadership and creator partners.
4. Creator Partnership Management
- Partner closely with the Partner Manager (PM), who owns the holistic creator relationship.
- Hold creators accountable to commitments that directly impact advertiser demand and revenue outcomes, including timelines, deliverables, and adoption of ad products.
- Lead creator-facing conversations from a commercial perspective, balancing partnership health with business needs.
- Influence packaging, production decisions, and creative operations alongside Branded Content to improve revenue efficiency and yield.

Key job responsibilities
Content Distribution Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive content distribution strategies across YouTube, TikTok, Meta, RSS, and Amazon O&O services to maximize reach, engagement, and monetization.
- Build specialized in-house expertise for each service, including deep understanding of algorithms, audience behaviors, and technical specifications.
