Qualifications & Experience:

Required Experience:

• Proven experience building and maintaining cash flow forecasting models and working capital management

Technical Skills - Must Have:

The Coordinator will also ensure that improvement opportunities are appropriately channeled to effect change, coordinate compliance initiatives with outside agencies, intervene with the hospitalists & PCP's to address and resolve issues related to facility utilization and patient flow process and facilitate strong working relationship between caregivers, case management, and admitting departments to promote effective coordination of efforts involving patient flow.

• Facilitates patient throughput with an on-going focus on quality and efficiency.
• Screens admissions for appropriateness of level of care and bed assignments.
• Evaluates, monitors, and improves the patient flow program effectiveness.
• Navigates or resolves medical necessity, admission status, and bed assignment issues.
• Prioritizes bed requests, coordinates bed reservations, and assigns bed reservation holds.
• Acts as a liaison between physicians, patient/family, hospital staff, and outside agencies.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing, Nursing Diploma, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing required from an accredited institution
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.

St. David's Surgical Hospital is part of St. David’s North Austin Medical Center and is the first Level 4 Epilepsy Center in Central Texas for both adults and children. It has its own 24-hour emergency department, a medical-surgical inpatient unit, and a pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) for patients ages 17 and under. The hospital is staffed with pediatric emergency physicians, pediatric hospitalists, intensivists, and other specialists who are specially trained to care for children. Position Overview

We’re seeking a Supply Chain Manager to help drive our international supply chain operations as we scale. Reporting to the Director of Logistics, you’ll manage the daily complexities of international vendor relationships, container logistics, and buying operations while bringing strategic thinking to optimize costs and improve performance across our supply chain.

Education & Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain operations, international logistics, or global sourcing
• Proven experience managing container flows from overseas manufacturers
• Background working with vendors in Asia (China, India, Pakistan, Turkey) preferred
• Experience with multi-channel fulfillment operations (Amazon FBA, retail fulfillment) highly valued
• Prior supervisory experience managing direct reports

Supply Chain & Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of international supply chain operations including freight forwarding, customs, and vendor management
