Position Summary:

We’re looking for a seasoned SolidWorks Drafter with deep experience in steel and metal structural design. In this onsite daily role, you’ll take the lead in reviewing and checking detailed fabrication and structural drawings to ensure they meet industry standards and reflect accurate design intent. You’ll also contribute to drafting and modeling tasks involving complex steel and metal structures like monopoles, utility components, platforms, and custom fabrications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with engineers and drafters to resolve drawing discrepancies and ensure design intent is properly captured.

  • Interpret redlines, sketches, and markups to ensure revisions are accurately incorporated.

Required Qualifications:

We're looking for a sharp, Data Analyst, E-commerce Merchandising & Operations to join our team. This is a hands-on, detail-intensive role where you'll own the day-to-day operations across our U.S. and Canada official websites and TikTok Shop — from product listing optimization and sales data analysis to inventory management, order processing, and backend troubleshooting. You'll touch every step of the eCommerce workflow. What You'll Do

Visual Merchandising & Frontend Operations

  • Execute A/B tests on product placement and visual merchandising; measure impact on conversion, engagement, and time-on-site.
  • Manage daily frontend operations across all digital sales channels — inventory adjustments, product rearrangements, pricing updates, and stock monitoring.

Clean Room Operations
In this function you will:
Follow established working procedures.
Set-up workstation to facilitate easier assembly and operate independently or on a group basis.
Complete paperwork, enter labor, confirm production and move products to outgoing materials zone.
Screen defective parts or make adjustments as necessary and report out any concerns to Team Leader or Supervisor.
Interact with other departments as needed for advice and decisions.
Assist QA/Engineering with problem solving for new product development as necessary.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 6 months of previous manufacturing, military, or related experience

Job Description:
Overview
This position works under direct supervision while using MIG welders to assemble steel fabrications to job order specifications and engineering drawings. The team member will be required to follow and meet safety and quality standards while maintaining production.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Adhere to Terex safety policies and procedures
  • Performs in position MIG welding of tack-welded components
  • Assembles and tack-welds steel frames and other component parts of machinery and equipment in preparation for final welding
  • Able to produce strong quality welds that meet site quality standards
  • Uses locating fixtures and positioners to assist in the welding process
  • Understanding of the metal fabricating processes
  • Reads and understands drawings and welding symbols.
  • Utilizes quality checks to meet product standards.
  • Able to read a tape measure and blueprints
  • Able to practice 5S within assigned area.
  • Able to maintain standard production times while maintaining quality work
  • Any other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • MIG ARC welding vocation training preferred but not required
  • Preferred experience in manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of basic fabrication practices and materials is preferred, as is general mechanical knowledge
  • Willing to use air, power and hand tools, including cutting torches and grinders

Salary: $21.00 hr. plus $1.00 shift premium for 2nd shift
Physical Requirements:
  • Standing, crouching, bending 8+ hours

  • Lifting - maximum of 40 lbs.
