What You’ll Do
- Prepare and deliver high-quality, structured training sessions aligned with MAGIS methodology.

Key Responsibilities

What You Will Achieve:
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Foster strong relationships with relevant institutions in regions where our retail stores operate.
Public Affairs Support
- Provide day-to-day support for local public affairs matters and help address operational challenges.
- Assist in advancing corporate initiatives and major projects in collaboration with headquarters.
Policy Monitoring & Risk Management
- Stay informed of key policy and legislative changes at the federal and state levels; provide timely insights and early warnings on potential risks.
- Conduct research on public policy and regulatory issues impacting the designer toy and consumer goods sectors.
Industry Engagement & ESG Initiatives
- Cultivate partnerships with industry associations and chambers of commerce; represent the company in industry-standard discussions.
- Support local execution of ESG programs in coordination with relevant organizations.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree or above in Public Administration, Law, International Relations, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Around 5 years of professional experience in public affairs, public policy, or a related area.
- Solid understanding of the regulatory landscape; familiarity with agencies (administrative, regulatory, customs) is a plus.
- Experience in consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle/entertainment industries preferred.
- Native English proficiency or extensive U.S. work experience preferred; Mandarin or Spanish is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and crisis management skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, deliver results, and adapt to frequent travel requirements.
- Genuine passion for designer toys and consumer products, with a strong alignment to our brand values.

Vilebrequin is looking for a passionate and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to join its store leadership team. The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager with sales generation, operations, and HR functions of the store to ensure maximum profitability and compliance with company procedures. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager in leading the store and developing, mentoring, and motivating the staff to provide a superior level of customer service that will drive sales productivity and results. This position is onsite at the specified location and will report to the Store Manager.

- Assist Store Manager in leading the selling strategy by ensuring team demonstrates expert knowledge of the product to clients.

- Deliver luxury clienteling to provide the best customer experience, both in-store and digitally.
- Study and communicate collection details while assisting clients.
- Ensure the customer wish list is always current with customers being notified when product arrives.
- Exceed individual Key Performance Indicator(KPI) targets: ADS, UPT, Email Capture,Name Attachment Rate, Women’s Sales, and Top to Bottom by delivering top-tier customer service.
- Adhere to all corporate customer service policies.
- Demonstrate effective communication with customers, coworkers, and managers.
People Leader

- Support store operations including, but not limited to, processing deliveries and transfers in a timely manner, merchandising goods on the sales floor and maintaining visual standards.
- Execute correct POS processes including proper cash handling and opening/closing the registers.
- Adhere to all operational policies and procedures.
- Adhere to procedures for receiving stock and shipments
- Assist in the inventory and maintenance of inventory records.
- Monitor supply levels and submit store supply requests
- Safeguard company property, including key holding.
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Responsible for opening and closing the store.
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
Education:
- High School Diploma/Equivalency Required
- 1-2 years of store leadership experience, preferably with luxury brands
- 3+ years of experience in sales
