Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Technical

• Achieving revenue targets through the use of consultative selling skills.

Other

• Represents the company at professional meetings and conferences by staffing the company booth and being available to physicians for educational consultation and support.

• Works closely with Regional Account Managers, members of the sales and marketing staff, medical education, accounts receivable business office, and laboratory management.
• Work independently to effectively manage a large geographic territory consisting of multiple accounts

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does require close communication with all departments.

Job Description Summary:

The Instrument Readiness Specialist provides operational and technical support for LC-MS, HPLC, and

GC-MS laboratories at Customer facilities in Delaware. This role is responsible for routine instrument

operation, sample preparation support, preventive maintenance, performance monitoring, and

compliant documentation in accordance with Customer-defined SOPs, validated methods, and

regulatory requirements. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work

independently in a laboratory environment, and effective collaboration with Customer scientists and

project stakeholders to ensure reliable analytical operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on operational support for LC-MS, HPLC, and GC-MS instrumentation at

Customer facilities, including the DuPont Experimental Station (Wilmington, DE) and New

Castle, DE, in accordance with Customer-defined SOPs, validated methods, and applicable

compliance requirements.

• Perform routine operation of analytical systems, including instrument startup and shutdown,

method loading, sequence and sample queue setup, data acquisition, and basic system

checks.

• Support sample preparation activities such as dilution, extraction, filtration, derivatization (as

applicable), reagent preparation, consumable selection, and proper sample labeling following

Customer-approved procedures.

• Monitor and assess instrument performance, including chromatographic stability, pressure

and flow profiles, vacuum system performance, detector response, ion source condition,

mass accuracy, and column integrity; promptly communicate deviations or abnormal trends

to Customer stakeholders.

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and system upkeep, including solvent and mobile

phase preparation, degassing, tubing and fitting inspection, leak checks, column flushing,

injector and ion source cleaning, vacuum pump monitoring, tuning verification, and routine

calibration in alignment with manufacturer recommendations and Customer requirements.

• Support day-to-day laboratory operations, including equipment readiness, workflow

coordination, and effective communication with Customer project leads and local

stakeholders.

• Comply with all site-specific safety, laboratory access, emergency response, and

environmental health requirements; participate in required safety, EHS, and instrumentation

training programs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of instrument usage, maintenance activities,

experimental observations, deviations, and corrective actions in accordance with Customer

documentation practices and data integrity standards.

• Prepare and provide analytical summaries, instrument performance logs, and status updates

as requested or defined by project timelines.

• Ensure proper archiving of raw data, chromatographic results, mass spectral files, electronic

We are seeking a part-time Functional Family Therapist to join our team.

Starting Salary: $17.50 - $35.00 (Hourly)

Note: Your base wage will be $35.00 per hour for direct clinical work with families and calls/texts to engage families. In addition, for every hour of direct clinical work, an additional half hour will be paid out to compensate for travel time, documentation, collateral contacts, and/or consultation with Cornerstones of Care staff. (These are still expected if not fully reimbursed). For example, a one-hour FFT session would be reimbursed at $35 and an additional $17.50 will be provided to cover travel and documentation, etc. These funds are subject to deductions and withholdings as required by law or the policies of the company. We are seeking a Part Time Functional Family Therapist to join our team. Your role will provide Functional Family Therapy services to referred families. The therapist will learn and apply the Evidence-Based Practice Functional Family Therapy model, including participation in ongoing consultation with FFT LLC and the treatment team. As a member of the Clinical Outpatient team, you will work with other team members and report to our Clinical Manager - FFT.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Staff Software Engineer, you will:

• Drive Hue's architecture and technical strategy to deliver a secure, scalable, and extensible data productivity interface for enterprise analytics.

• Lead core feature development across SQL editing, data catalog exploration, visualization, workflow orchestration, and practitioner productivity tooling.

• Define and execute the AI roadmap for Hue, incorporating Cloudera SQL AI, natural-language query experiences, contextual copilots, and retrieval-augmented analytics.

We are seeking a Functional Family Therapy Provider to join our team. Your role will learn and apply the Evidence-Based Practice Functional Family Therapy model, including participation in ongoing consultation with FFT LLC and the treatment team.

As a member of the Outpatient team, you will work with other team members and report to our Jacqueline Williams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Engages clients and families in a manner that demonstrates immediate responsiveness to family needs and maintains a strength-based relational focus. Persistent outreach efforts may be required.

* Utilizes the CSS system to document services and plan treatment according to the FFT model.

* Utilize other systems required, such as Avatar, to manage confidential client information.

* Monitor progress in treatment and adjust the phase of treatment as indicated.

*Demonstrates fidelity to the FFT model by use of phase system

Assured quality service for clients by addressing core issues within the family that contributed to the reasons for referral.

*Maintains agency credibility by establishing working relationships with sponsoring, advisory, and related service agencies via positive and timely communication.

*Promotes the agency by ensuring an understanding of program services available for clients; publicizing activities and accomplishments; adhering to a professional code of ethics.

*Maintains professional and technical knowledge by participating in workshops; reviewing professional publications; and establishing personal networks.

*Contributes to team effort by consulting with other professionals, including FFT LLC and own FFT team; accomplishing related results as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
