The Allegheny Health Network (AHN) Surgery Institute is recruiting an otolaryngologist to join our team serving Jefferson Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. See a wide variety of ENT care including but not limited to sinonasal disease, allergies, pediatrics, complex ear problems, swallowing and voice disorders and head/neck cancers. Perform your procedures robotically in our full service operating rooms or within one of our ambulatory surgery centers. We welcome established physicians as well as support newer physicians who are looking to develop their skills alongside knowledgeable mentors.


Job Duties

  • Clinical excellence in spectrum of otolaryngology.
  • Provide generalized otolaryngology care.
  • Work with numerous sub-specialties trained colleagues available as resources.
  • Involvement with AHN’s ENT residency program and weekly didactic conferences.
  • Call: Shared call with other AHN Jefferson providers.
  • Future opportunity to work in AHNs planned new construction facility in South Hills.


Job Qualifications

  • Experience is preferred but not required.
  • Completion of an accredited residency/fellowship as appropriate.
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in specialty/subspecialty.
  • Pennsylvania License (or the ability to obtain one).

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Network Specialist/Manager to take ownership of our extensive Operations Technology (OT) LAN/WAN in collaboration with their corporate IT department. Key Responsibilities

Network Oversight & Management:

  • Take ownership of the integrity and security of a large-scale OT WAN encompassing more than 6,000 diverse endpoints.
  • Execute the management and security policies of our CIO and expert team of cybersecurity professionals.
  • Review and advise on our Meraki network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and access points, utilizing the Meraki dashboard for centralized configuration and monitoring.

OT Infrastructure Support:

  • Provide direction and support for 50+ vendors and their devices critical to building operations as they connect to the OT network, including:
  • Building Management System (BMS) controllers and servers
  • Energy meters and monitoring systems
  • Security cameras, recorders and access control systems
  • Lighting controls
  • Elevator destination dispatch systems
  • User workstations and viewing stations that interact with the equipment

Cybersecurity & Compliance:

  • Implement, monitor, and manage a robust security stack to protect the network and sensitive OT data.
  • Deep operational knowledge of key cybersecurity and network management tools is essential, including:

Qualifications and Experience

The Internal Identity & Access Management (I2AM) team is responsible for critical production infrastructure that provides a foundational notion of Identity and strong authentication and authorization controls across Pinterest. Our backend is primarily written in Golang, Python with some C++ while our frontend tools are written in React and TypeScript. We're looking for an experienced software engineer who will help us build robust tooling to define and evaluate access controls across production infrastructure. A security background is not necessary but ideal candidates will have familiarity with the problems or related spaces, such as Infrastructure or Identity.



What you'll do:



  • Help shape our identity and authorization controls for users, services and AI Agents.
  • Design, implement, and maintain mission-critical software that will help us deliver robust IAM infrastructure and libraries to our customers.
  • Collaborate with a variety of teams to build performant and resilient AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Auditing) platform controls into various high-traffic services including our AI Agents, online/offline data platforms, databases, service mesh (Envoy). and other critical infrastructure components.
  • Represent the I2AM team across the Security Organization and with our X-org partners, including Networking, Data Platform, Cloud Platform, Agent Platform and product teams.
  • Work with and mentor more junior engineers on the I2AM team.


What we're looking for:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • A history of building & operating large scale distributed systems.
  • Past experience influencing technical architecture and roadmap adoption while working across other teams.
  • Experience in some of the following areas is a strong plus:

    • Infrastructure provisioning tools (Terraform, Puppet, etc.)
    • Identity, Account Security, Authentication/Authorization (OAuth, SAML, RBAC) protocols
    • AWS or other public cloud infrastructure, containerization such as Kubernetes
    • Familiarity with networking protocols (Application layer)




In-Office Requirement Statement:



  • We recognize that the ideal environment for work is situational and may differ across departments. What this looks like day-to-day can vary based on the needs of each organization or role.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6-months and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
