ABOUT THE ROLE
The Art Director, Regional Lead is a strategic and highly visible leader within the Savills North America Creative team, serving as the creative lead for the Southwest and Southeast regions. This role oversees all regional design initiatives and partners closely with brokerage, new business teams, and clients to elevate visual storytelling and drive winning presentations and marketing materials.
This individual shapes and executes creative direction across major initiatives, including proposals, pitch materials, digital and print presentations, property marketing collateral, branding efforts, and research-driven content. While setting creative strategy, the Art Director remains hands-on leading concept development,design execution, and final refinement to ensure every deliverable reflects excellence, innovation, strategic clarity, and brand consistency.
In addition to directing creative output, the Art Director leads and mentors regional designers, establishes best practices, and upholds high standards for quality, efficiency, and strategic thinking. This role operates independently while collaborating closely with regional leadership, the broader North America Creative team, and the Vice President of Creative on key initiatives and company priorities.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
Regional Creative Leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

About the Role
The Meta Strategist will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of GLD’s paid social advertising across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). While you’ll own Meta as your primary channel, you’ll work collaboratively with other Performance Marketing team members on cross channel strategy, reporting, and planning contributing to a larger growth strategy rather than operating in a silo.
You will partner closely with Creative, Retention, E-commerce, and Analytics teams to develop thumb-stopping ad campaigns across TOF (top-of-funnel) and BOF (bottom-of-funnel) objectives, optimize audience strategies within Meta’s Andromeda ML framework, and build reporting systems that keep leadership informed and the team accountable. Success in this role is measured not only by performance metrics, but also by creative partnership, strategic thinking, and your ability to elevate the broader team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meta Campaign Management & Andromeda Optimization
- Develop, launch, and manage full funnel Meta ad campaigns across TOF prospecting, BOF retargeting, and retention objectives.
- Own daily optimizations at both granular (ad, ad set) and high-level (campaign, account) viewpoints to maximize performance.
- Leverage deep understanding of Meta’s Andromeda ranking system to optimize ad delivery, auction competitiveness, and signal quality.
- Structure campaigns and ad sets to work with Andromeda’s ML-driven optimization, including strategic use of Advantage+ campaigns, broad targeting, and signal enrichment.
- Continuously test and refine bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion events to maximize ROAS and reduce CPA.
- Stay current on Meta platform changes, algorithm updates, and beta features; proactively adapt strategies accordingly.
2. Creative Strategy & Content Analysis
- Collaborate with the Creative team and recommend new concepts, formats, and messaging angles based on performance insights.
- Build and write creative briefs independently, translating performance data and strategic priorities into clear direction for designers and content creators.
- Analyze creative performance data to identify winning concepts, hooks, formats, and messaging themes across TOF and BOF.
- Build and maintain a creative testing framework with clear hypotheses, naming conventions, and documentation.
- Monitor creative fatigue and proactively plan refresh cycles to sustain performance.
3. Data Analytics & DOMO Reporting
- Build and maintain DOMO dashboards to track Meta performance across KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, hook rate, hold rate, and thumbstop ratio.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign, ad set, ad, and creative-level performance to surface insights and inform budget allocation.
- Create automated reporting workflows within DOMO that integrate Meta Ads data with Shopify revenue and attribution data.
- Present weekly and monthly performance reports to leadership with clear narratives, trend analysis, and recommended actions.
- QA data pipelines and ensure accuracy of metrics across platforms and reporting tools.
4. Cross Functional Partnerships
- Act as the primary liaison between Performance Marketing and Creative, Retention, E-commerce, and Ops teams.
- Coordinate with Retention/CRM on audience list management, suppression strategies, and lifecycle alignment.
- Collaborate with E-commerce to align ad messaging with site promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Share learnings and best practices across paid media channels (TikTok, Google, Snapchat) to maintain a unified growth strategy.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads at scale ($500K+/month in spend).
- Strong working knowledge of Meta’s Andromeda ad ranking system and how it impacts delivery, auction dynamics, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize ad creative performance across TOF and BOF, with a portfolio of data-driven creative decisions.
- Proven ability to write and build creative briefs independently, translating data into actionable creative direction.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with Senior Creative Ops Managers and internal creative team to bring print packaging projects from concept to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules that keep everyone on track and stress-free (mostly).
- Be the glue that holds creative ops, design, production, and product development together, ensuring creative objectives align with business goals.
- Evaluate creative and process workflows, identifying areas to streamline
- Track timelines and oversee the intake, review, and finalization of artwork files
- Keep stakeholders in the loop with regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential roadblocks
- Lead team meetings to align goals, tackle challenges, and make things happen
- Balance the workload of the creative team, making resource adjustments as needed

We’re hiring a VP of Marketing to lead and scale our entire marketing function.
This is not a “maintain what exists” role. This is a build, optimize, and lead growth role.
You’ll own the strategy and execution across:
- Paid social (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Organic social & content direction
- Website conversion & landing pages
- Email & lifecycle marketing
- Campaign strategy for key selling seasons (Bid Day, Recruitment, etc.)

CALPAK is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Performance Marketing Coordinator to support our paid acquisition efforts across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across Paid Media channels, with a strong analytical mindset to drive growth and maximize ROAS and reduce CAC. The Sr. Performance Marketing Coordinator role will report to the Sr Manager of Growth Marketing and will be responsible for optimizing Paid Media growth efficiently and creatively. This is a hands-on role who can pair performance discipline with creative insight to drive real impact. This role requires proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis and a keen understanding of creative performance.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, and a self-starter who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day management, using data to determine success and uncover new opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end campaign setup and trafficking across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, and other platforms, including creative flighting, ad setup, naming conventions, UTM tracking, and QA
- Own internal creative briefs to freelancers and support creative refresh planning
- Conduct weekly performance analysis and reporting to support optimization recommendations, pulling first-round channel reports.
- Collaborate in management and optimization of full-funnel paid media strategies across Paid Social, Paid Search, Display, Affiliates to meet e-commerce KPIs
- Ensure proper setup and testing for new vendors, including pixels, feeds, tracking, and platform onboarding
- Support budget allocation, forecasting, actualization, and pacing to ensure ROI and efficiency targets are met
- Manage monthly invoice input and reconciliation
- Maintain and update KPI dashboards and reporting sheets to support weekly and monthly leadership reporting
- Monitor trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights to improve acquisition and overall company performance
- Partner closely with creative and brand teams to develop and test high-performing ad content, leveraging platform best practices and performance insights
- Maintain creative and testing roadmaps, identifying gaps and testing opportunities across channels
- Support Affiliate channel growth, including publisher evaluation, partner optimization, and newsletter send outs
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant paid marketing marketing experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and/or Google
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of quickly diagnosing performance issues and adjusting tactics in real time
- Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals including audience segmentation, creative optimization, and A/B testing methodologies
- Ability to transform creative and campaign data into actionable insights
- Expertise in creative from conception to analytic results that can help drive ad performance
- Strong understanding and application of conversion tracking and pixel management
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets & data analytics platforms
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot and/or escalate issues effectively
