The primary responsibilities of the Sales Associate position are to maintain outstanding customer service, generate sales, merchandise product, own assigned departments and support the store management team.

- Greets all customers and assists in answering questions about merchandise and locating merchandising; uses The S.A.L.E.S. process to help customers find everything on their lists.

- Maintains on?hand integrity through inventory adjustment reports including; cycle count, negative onhand. Follows the nightly maintenance checklist to ensure proper store recovery and cleanliness.
- Maintains familiarity with new products and ad merchandise.
- Has sound awareness of surroundings, customers, etc. and practices loss prevention techniques to minimize shoplifting losses.
- Working knowledge of the tools available to operate the store; including, but not limited to: RF Gun, Back Office Procedures and the use of Store Opportunities.
- Follows GLA policies and procedures for all transactions. Engages the customer to ensure they are receiving all the benefits of being an Ace Rewards member and actively seeking participation from them.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, and work with colleagues and customers effectively and professionally. Assists with color matching and mixing paint
- Assists and/or makes recommendations to customers in the service areas within the store including, but not limited to; chain, rope, key, and glass cutting, screen repair, and knife sharpening.
- Operates cash register by scanning all merchandise, engaging the customer through suggestive selling, proper tendering of each transaction, and thanking the customer for shopping at GLA.
- Adhere to all company policies.
- Participates in periodic team meetings.
- A continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is required along with the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
Communicates with all members of store management, store supervisors, store associates, and the Support Center personnel as necessary. Maintains outstanding customer satisfaction.

Job Overview
Komatsu's Mechanical Assemblers perform a wide range of component and final assembly work in the production of Komatsu's off-road mining trucks. Some examples of this work include building and testing brake assemblies, installation of hydraulic components, and the final assembly of chassis and power train structures.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Will perform various mechanical and electrical assembly functions including, but not limited to, assembly of hydraulic equipment, installation and adjustment of mechanical components, mechanically finalize and test equipment prior to shipment
- Works from engineering prints, routings, and procedures with minimum supervision
- Will be responsible for quality and safety of own work including the use of appropriate protective equipment
- Under the direction of an Electrical Assembler, may install harness structures, cables, and power cables, but may not make final connections
- Will disassemble and load equipment for shipments as directed
- May perform light carpentry work such as designing, sawing, and build boxes, crates and ladders
- Use information systems, as necessary to perform job duties
- Operates equipment and performs inspection including appropriate documentation
- May work with Engineering Department on new model introduction or continuous improvement
Qualifications/Requirements
- Well qualified candidates will demonstrate three or more years of experience in as an automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment mechanic. Three years in similar occupations such as aviation mechanic, marine mechanic, major appliance repair, or HVAC repair involving complex assembly, troubleshooting and repair will also be considered.
- Experience and expertise reading and utilizing blueprints to assemble and/or troubleshoot
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Computer literacy and experience using computer systems to document or retrieve information
- Demonstrated ability to work safely in an industrial environment
- Will be required to complete a physical commensurate with DOL Medium duty work requirements which includes drug testing.

What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in plant, manufacturing, or production leadership
- Demonstrated experience overseeing plant-level financial performance and budgeting
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, equipment, and production scheduling (wood or pallet industry experience preferred)
- Working knowledge of safety regulations, quality systems, and inventory control processes
- Experience implementing Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to develop supervisors, strengthen bench depth, and build succession plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Effective communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and influence stakeholders

The Role We Want You For
Travel on an as-needed basis to support HVAC/mechanical equipment receiving, inspection, documentation, and storage verification across active jobsites, warehouses, vendor locations, and occasional factories. Lead on-the-ground support for damage, shortage, freight, and warranty claims through accurate photo logs and timely coordination with field teams, suppliers, carriers, and manufacturers. When not traveling, assist with warranty tracking and light estimating/procurement support. Requires extreme flexibility for last-minute travel and strong construction field experience with mechanical/HVAC equipment.
The Specifics of the Role
- Travel on short notice to verify deliveries vs. BOLs/packing slips, POs, and approved submittals; document shortages, damage, and discrepancies.
- Capture clear photo logs (crate condition, tags/serials, model numbers, accessories, storage conditions) and issue concise condition reports.
- Confirm proper storage/protection/handling (weather protection, ventilation, security, rigging points, laydown practices) and coordinate corrections.
- Support damage/shortage investigations and freight/warranty claims: compile evidence, timelines, and required documentation; coordinate RMAs, parts, and service as needed.
- Attend factory visits/FATs when required; provide visit summary, findings, and action items.
- Maintain warranty log and closeout documentation; provide light takeoff/quote support and help identify recurring shipping/storage risks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of construction field experience on active jobsites; mechanical/HVAC experience required.
- Working knowledge of HVAC/mechanical systems and equipment (e.g., AHUs/RTUs, VAVs, chillers/boilers, pumps, cooling towers, VRF, accessories).
- Strong documentation habits and attention to detail; comfortable communicating with field teams, vendors, carriers, and manufacturers.
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel with very short notice and work flexible hours as needed; safety-minded and PPE compliant.
- Experience with warranty administration, freight/damage claims, receiving/storage standards, and/or factory inspections.
- Familiarity with submittals, POs, BOLs, packing lists, and serial number tracking; OSHA 10/30 (or ability to obtain).
