Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Designer of Golf and Outerwear for Menswear located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role involves designing innovative and stylish menswear clothing, in golf apparel and outerwear. Lead Outerwear Design Strategy: Set the seasonal creative and technical design vision for all outerwear pieces (including jackets, vests, and layering components) within the men's golf line, ensuring alignment with the overall brand aesthetic and business goals.


End-to-End Product Ownership: Independently manage the complete design cycle for outerwear, from initial concept sketches and mood boards through detailed technical pack creation, fit approvals, and production sign-off.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the primary design liaison with Sourcing, Product Development, and Technical Design teams to ensure the integrity of the design and technical specifications is maintained from proto to bulk production

Fabric & Trim Development: Direct the sourcing and development of specialized performance fabrics and trims. Negotiate and approve lab dips, strike-offs, and fabric/trim quality to meet stringent performance and aesthetic standards.


Presentation & Communication: Confidently and persuasively present seasonal concepts, design details, and finalized collections to Senior Leadership, Merchandising, and Sales teams.


Mentorship & Guidance: Provide technical guidance and feedback to Associate Designers or Assistant Designers, fostering a culture of high-quality design and execution.


Documentation & PLM: Ensure all outerwear technical packages, specifications, bill of materials (BOMs), and critical information are accurately and proactively entered and maintained within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.

Some domestic and international travel may be required for mill/factory visits and market research.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate apparel design environment.

Demonstrated expertise in development, with a portfolio showcasing strong creative and innovative skills.

Experience designing performance or sportswear and knowledge of technical fabrics is a must.

Experience in Menswear.

Job Summary

The Director, Facilities Design is responsible for overseeing design projects for Sysco's global operations. Sysco Corporation's facilities design function is responsible for the conceptual design of new and renovated facilities including floorplans, site plans, and elevations. The design function works closely with Supply Chain Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Operations to develop facility designs that best meet the needs of the individual business units. Responsibilities

  • Lead the activities of 8 Sysco direct employees who work closely with the business units, supply chain engineering and the construction group in planning, preliminary design, layout iterations RFP (request for proposal) documentation and final design coordination for multiple projects nationwide.

As a Selector, you will properly, efficiently, and accurately pick products to neatly and accurately build pallets for our clubs. Our perishable distribution centers are temp controlled, ranging anywhere from 30 degrees in the cooler to -20 degrees in the freezer. Essential Job Functions

5. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Welder Assembly Operator is responsible for welding production orders or components using MIG and TIG processes to meet customer and quality specifications. This involves using training or knowledge of welding techniques, knowledge of set-up requirements and meeting established production requirements on a consistent basis.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Assemble parts to complete units and component parts in a specialized area
    • The ability to perform all the following processes: Fixture Weld Inner Assemblies, Insulation Wrapping, Auto-Welder Operations, End of Cell Checking Fixtures, Air testing

  • May use templates, fixtures, surface plate, calipers, snap gauges, or other inspection tools to measure welded components, bead size, or other necessary dimensions per blueprint. Watches for presence of burn through, cold starts, lack of penetration, bead size, or other indications of suspect welds.
  • Set up and operate assigned machines to produce finished product in a final assembly
  • Perform a variety of specialized assembly operations such as jigging, air testing, v-bands and component parts.
  • Follow all ITAR processes when appropriate
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools and other special equipment within department
  • Cleanings and inspecting of all parts
  • Complete proper paperwork per station
  • Participate in the corrective action process to prevent defects from recurring.
  • Follow procedures consistently to obtain repeatability.
  • Participate in team meetings seeking continuous improvements for the operation.
  • Observe all safety and OSHA procedures and standards. Maximum lifting of 25lb without assistance. PPE is required at times.
  • Keep work area safe and clean (5S: Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
  • Assume responsibility for quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor/lead

Job Requirements:

  • Must remain current on all welding methods required by NGP or our Customers.
  • Must have demonstrated mechanical aptitude, proficiency in shop math (fractions, decimals, metric), ability to read and follow specific routing instructions, ability to read and understand setup instructions, ability to read blueprints, proficiency in the use of appropriate measuring instruments (tape measure, dial calipers), ability to check quality of parts against templates.
  • Must pass the NGP Weld Test.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to handle production requirements and demonstrated problem solving ability from previous work.

  • Must have the ability to stand for 10-hour shift.
  • Able to bend, twist, stoop to remove parts from baskets and lift to work area.
  • Able to load parts into work area and complete baskets without damaging the part.
  • Good hand and eye coordination.
