A privately held, multi-division HVAC and plumbing services company is seeking a hands-on, results-oriented operational leader to oversee business performance, workforce management, and process improvement. This role leads a 25+ person team—including technicians, field supervisors, customer service, and sales—and supports dozens of active service calls and projects at any given time.



Role Summary

The General Manager will take operational ownership of a fast-growing service organization known for responsiveness, technical expertise, and high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities
