• Your primary responsibility is to lead the daily tasks of a data center in a customer-facing operational role. You’ll lead a team of operators being safety-first responders, operating the data center critical environment MEP(Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, and managing maintenance contractors.
• Monitor the data center systems for operational issues and trends.
• Take on a major role in planning daily activities and managing the logistics of executing.
• On a daily basis, manage vendors to complete their contracted scope of work safely and correctly, including construction support-related activities when required.
• Accept role as joint owner of EdgeCore’s operations playbook, evangelizing the strategy and encouraging others to adhere to it while providing input and feedback to improve standards. We want our standards to change and need creative trailblazers to help lead optimizing the program.
• Lead utilization of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track, document and report work as prescribed.
• Manage assets, spare parts and critical tools through provided systems such as CMMS.
• Support Client IT deployments and decommissioning with power and cooling tasks.
• Author, review, approve and utilize formal procedures in the operation of the data center. We expect our team to employ rigorous procedural formality in all critical data center operations and need people to champion the approach.
• Frequently steward, supervise, and communicate with contractors.
• Work with the Core Operations Site Manager to lead execution a condition-based maintenance program.
• As part of a schedule, be on-call outside of normal working hours.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience of working in a critical facility with MEP(Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) or HVAC systems or, not necessarily a data center.
• Experience with UPSs, Generators, Switchgear, HVAC, Fire/Life Safety, BMS and EPMS systems.
• An empathetic, people leader who enjoys working as part of a team and mentoring others to grow their technical and professional capabilities.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoy a work environment where the daily schedule changes often and managing the unexpected is satisfying.
• Knowledge of NFPA70E, forklift, OSHA10, and/or First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus.

As a Core Operations Technician (COT), you’ll be one of the most trusted eyes and ears on the ground. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our systems running smoothly and safely—monitoring data center conditions, leading vendor operations, and acting as a first responder when something doesn’t look right. • Serve as a safety-first responder with a strong understanding of how the data center should operate, particularly in relation to critical cooling and electrical systems. During operational events, identify issues and intervene safely and effectively when systems are not functioning as intended.
• Strong electrical aptitude is essential for this role. Candidates with hands-on experience working with electrical systems, power distribution, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, or controls are highly encouraged to apply.
• Technical knowledge and/or experience on related topics such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls and automation, manufacturing, automotive, energy systems, chemistry, maritime, machinery, and plumbing are strongly preferred.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Group Supervisor - Air Operations, the Group Air Support Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring Group Air reservations are accurately booked and aligned with guest expectations and tour requirements. This position supports the Group Air teams and Supervisor by assisting with daily tasks to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

Primary Functions:

• Assist Group Air Specialists with queue management and securing guest seat assignments.
• Perform quality checks on Group Air reservations after seat reduction dates and as needed.
• Action airline schedule changes promptly. Assist with protecting passengers when changes no longer meet minimal connection times and/or time restrictions on the tour package booked.
• Support Quality Control Air Coordinator(s) when necessary.
• Assist with fulfillment of Group Air requests across all office locations.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by the VP Air and Logistics, Air Operations Manager, Supervisor, or Airline Contracting and Pricing Manager.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards and policies.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (educational assistance available through approved programs).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
