THE ROLE: Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation and benefits programs, policies, and plan design.
Administer and maintain compensation and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations (including ACA, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, ERISA, and related requirements).

5+ years of experience in employee benefits administration & compensation analysis Strong working knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation, and salary analysis.
Thorough understanding of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall Microsoft Office skills.

JOB SUMMARY
This position incubates and establishes a leading-edge global Data Governance function to support business segments, corporate functions and the Digital & Technology stakeholders. The responsibility includes
- Liaise directly with clients and account teams to provide strategic direction on implementation of data governance programs, best practices, adoption of standards, mast data management, and data quality improvement while leveraging leading-edge data governance tools and technology.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manages proposal development submissions to include responses to Sources Sought and Requests for Information, briefings, proposals, evaluation notices, and final proposals.
Manages multiple proposals, leading proposal resource personnel to include subject matter experts, writers, graphic artists, editors, reviewers, teaming partner participants, and production personnel in the development of the proposal.
Interfaces with Government Contracting Officials regarding solicitation questions, processes, submittals, negotiations, awards, and debriefs.
Coordinates non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and Teaming Arrangements (TAs) with the Contracts staff.
Thoroughly reviews solicitation to develop Proposal Management Plan, to include outlines, compliance matrices, schedules, proposal contact list, questions format, and volume templates.
Directs planning, writing, editing, graphics development, reviews, production, and shipping of assigned proposals.
Schedules and directs data calls, status meetings, and Pink/Red/Gold teams as appropriate.
Coordinates and participates in proposal strategy development and directs the process of integrating and capturing the bid strategy in the proposal.
Is hands on with document development, including formatting; writing; editing; development of graphics, tables, covers and tabs; and proposal production and shipping.
Writes cover letters, executive summaries, resumes, and position descriptions, technical sections, past performance volumes, management plans, contract fact sheets, and Sources Sought and Request for Information responses.
Coordinates and develops responses to prime contractor data calls.
Facilitates the synchronization of technical and cost by working closely with cost developers to match technical volume organizational, staffing, and equipment/material narratives with the price proposal.
Leads organization of the cost volume, by completing required forms, and gathering required DCAA contact, Accounting System, Small Business and Financial status, and Teaming documents, along with other cost volume requirements.
Assists the cost staff with editing of pricing narratives and formatting and organization of the cost volume spreadsheets.
Works with other proposal staff as a team, assisting in a supporting role on projects assigned to others when needed.
Occasional travel may be required.
Research, maintain, and communicate any Government issued changes, amendments, or additional documentation associated with a RFP.
Track and coordinate opportunities on and GovWin.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and practices associated with proposal development in a Government contracting environment.
Technical writing expertise required and graphic design ability a plus.
Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills as well as excellent oral, written communication, and time management skills.
Must be analytical with attention to detail, task-oriented, self-motivated and have the inherent ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines and work as a team member.

At least 4 years of experience managing proposals in a large-proposal Government contracting environment.

Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of a wide range of commercial construction project(s) and is expected to produce predictable, high-quality outcomes. This role leads the project team(s) through planning, coordination, and execution while ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and financial performance.
The Senior PM sets the tone for the entire project team, leads from the front, and is directly accountable for achieving results.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Preconstruction
- Partner with clients and design teams early in the project lifecycle to develop initial budgets, schedule milestones, and execution strategies
- Develop comprehensive project execution plans including budget management, scheduling, procurement strategy, and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with the estimating team during preconstruction to validate scope, pricing, and constructability
- Lead evaluation of site logistics plans and identify early site-specific challenges
- Identify project risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies
- Oversee subcontractor buyout and scope alignment
Execution & Schedule Leadership
- Develop initial project graphic master schedules (GMS) and oversee the development and execution of the construction schedule
- Advise owners and design teams on schedule milestones and early design package approach to meet schedule deadlines
- Hold subcontractors and vendors accountable to commitments
- Anticipate and resolve issues before they impact schedule or cost
- Align manpower, materials, and equipment with project milestones
- Maintain disciplined cost control and track budget-to-actual performance
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Provide clear direction and support to field teams
- Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and support staff
- Work with leadership to develop project staffing and execution plans
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Represent R.C. Mathews with professionalism and integrity
Quality & Safety Oversight
- Enforce contract requirements, specifications, and quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections
- Support and reinforce the project safety plan
- Promote a culture of zero incidents and immediate correction of unsafe conditions
Documentation & Controls
- Maintain high level oversight of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting documentation process
- Accountable for the project team maintaining accurate project logs and records
- Provide monthly schedule, cost, and risk updates to leadership
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and reporting requirements
Financial Management
- Identify value engineering opportunities
- Oversee project billing process
- Forecast project costs and protect profitability targets using CMiC software
- Negotiate change orders and manage financial risk
Project Closeout
- Oversee the project team through punch list, commissioning, O&M documentation, and turnover
- Ensure all contractual closeout requirements are completed on time
- Deliver a clean, organized, and successful project finish
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience
- 7โ10+ years of commercial construction experience
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of construction documents and contracts
- Clear communication and confident meeting leadership skills
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards and safety best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing a variety of projects ranging from $5Mโ$100M
- Strong client relationship and business development skills
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members

The Trauma Registrar Senior will be responsible for assistance in maintaining the CHRISTUS Health Care System's Trauma Registry in compliance with all requirements of the Department of State Health Services, as outlined in the State Trauma Rules.
The Trauma Registry is critical to the development and maintenance of an effective performance improvement program for trauma.
The Trauma Registry also provides data needed for research and epidemiological studies.
Responsibilities: Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
Provides clerical, statistical and informational support to the Trauma Service.
Maintains a database to allow for easy retrieval of trauma statistics.
Accurately identifying trauma patients, abstracting requisite data, and entering them into the trauma registry based on trauma inclusion criteria.
The ability to perform ICD-10 and Abbreviated Injury Scaling (AIS) coding.
Updates and maintains all trauma registry records including essential elements as defined by trauma center leadership, State Designating Department, National Trauma Data Standards, and Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP) as indicated based on trauma center level of designation.
Demonstrates proficiency in capturing and entering data that contributes to accurate calculations of ISS, Trauma Score, TRISS, Probability of Survival Score; GCS, ICD/AIS coding, among others.

Completes data uploads to regional, state, and national registries as required by State Designating Department and the ACS.
Performs queries and reports from the Trauma Registry as requested.
Responsible for Trauma Registry Data base management and promptly communicates data base related issues to the Trauma Program leadership.
Analyses trauma registry data for epidemiological and reporting purposes.
Communicates trends that may impact Trauma Program performance, injury prevention initiatives, or staffing to the Trauma Program leadership.
Maintains confidentiality of written and verbal communication.
Maintains confidentiality of autopsy reports, mortality and morbidity data, performance improvement activities and peer review data.

Education and Prior Work Expereince
