Salary and Benefits

• Annual salary range for this position will be $135,000 - $180,000 DOE with annual performance bonus potential. Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

* Operate and maintain ammonia refrigeration systems, boilers, steam, and compressed air systems

* Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs

* Conduct daily ammonia system inspections and rounds

* Support equipment modifications and technical troubleshooting

* Participate in Process Safety Management (PSM) and Root Cause Analysis activities

* Perform maintenance during both production and scheduled downtime

* Assist maintenance technicians and support training of new employees

* Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives

* Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

* Plant operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Education:

* High school diploma or GED required

* 1-2 years of electrical and/or mechanical maintenance experience or technical trade certification

* Basic computer proficiency

* RETA CARO or CIRO certification required or obtainable within 12 months

The Role:

To plan and execute all maintenance activities to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of all machinery, equipment, and plant utility systems (refrigeration, compressed air, water, electricity). This is a hands-on, autonomous role that combines planning with the direct execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.

What You Will Do:

• Maintenance Planning & Execution: Develop, plan, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Technical Support & Repairs: Directly perform all maintenance tasks, including mechanical and electrical repairs, to resolve failures and keep production equipment in service.
• Utility Systems Management: Maintain and ensure the proper operation of all plant utility systems, including refrigeration, compressed air, water supply, and electrical systems.

What You Will Need:

• A Technical degree in Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience performing maintenance in an industrial processing environment, preferably in the seafood industry.
• Proven experience working autonomously and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of industrial mechanics and electricity.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing processing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and information.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibility I - General:

• Provide excellent patient care
• Work together with the team members at the center(s) to reach center goals
• Train new clinical staff as needed

Responsibility II Consult-based Nursing:

• Take accurate lower extremity measurements for fitted compression stockings
• Take photos of the leg for medical necessity purposes

• Must demonstrate timely turnaround and completion of documentation within 24 - 48 hours

Responsibility III Surgical Assisting:

• Assume duties of a Surgical Tech when needed to include mixing medications and assisting with sterile and non-sterile procedures
• Competently assist with proper patient positioning, prepping and draping according to procedural guidelines
• Assist physician during procedures; sterile gowning/gloving, hands wires, catheters, syringes, surgical instruments, etc., as needed
• Dress the patient's procedural sites and assist in the placement of compressive ace bandages and/or compressive stockings following provider's orders
• Adhere to all infection control, universal precautions, and safety policies and dispose of medical waste properly
• Prepare and maintain the procedure room clean, stock, maintain equipment & instruments according to company guidelines
• Maintain inventory of surgical equipment so that the center does not run out of surgical supplies but also does not oversupply the center manage par levels
• Maintain accurate records related to receipt of medical supplies by updating Hybrent in a timely manner
• Maintain all logs and required checks daily integrity check of emergency medications, monthly code/crash inventory assessment, oxygen level check, CO2 level check, autoclave maintenance, maxi log, sterilization log, medication mixing log, etc.) upload EOM items timely in relation to actual end of month
• Other duties as assigned by management, or clinical director

• Measure, cut, bend, fit small tubing to machine. Install tubing and fittings using hyferset.

• Assemble frames in assigned area, per BOM, or WCI.
  
• Assemble separator tanks in assigned area, using BOM, P&I or WCI.
  
• Assemble components to engines in assigned area, per BOM or WCI.
  
• Connect motor leads and connectors to power source per WD and BOM.
  
• Wire machines or packages, terminating wire harnesses or basic wiring in assigned area, per WD.
  
• Assemble couplings on engines/motors and air ends in assigned area, per WCI, BOM.
  
• Inspect finished machines at the end of process in assigned area, and receive them into finished goods.
  
• Align motor, air end and coupling in assigned area, using calipers, dial indicators and straight edge.
  
• Assemble and insulate enclosures and install on machine in assigned area, per BOM, WCI.
  
• Assemble mounted or remote cooler packs in assigned area, per BOM, WCI, WD and P&I.
  
• Terminate wiring for controls, basic panels, fan motors, etc. in assigned area, per WD and P&I.

• Assemble and/or rework compressor packages and equipment.
