Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Establish and enforce data quality and governance standards for AI/ML datasets, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data used for model training and validation.

• Hands-on experience with IBM DataStage and Alteryx is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $75,868 - $150,644. Placement in the range depends on several factors, including experience, skills, education, geography, and budget considerations.

Description

The Enterprise IT Administrator is responsible for supporting and administering the core business systems that help power our client including ERP, CRM, CSM, and related operational platforms. While part of the broader IT organization, this role is dedicated to enabling and optimizing logistics and sales operations across NetSuite, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.

You will design, build, and support logistics‑focused solutions through scripting, automation, reporting, and system customization.

Success in this role requires deep expertise in supply chain logistics combined with strong technical proficiency. You should be able to create customizations for NetSuite, manage Boomi integrations, and design as well as administer tailored solutions that improve and optimize logistics, service, and sales operations

RESPONSIBLITIES

Payroll & HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing (Lead): Execute end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for our national workforce. This includes managing timesheet data, administering court-ordered garnishments, and ensuring all tax withholdings and deductions are accurate across multiple state jurisdictions.
• HRIS Management: Act as an administrator for our HRIS (ADP), maintaining data integrity for the full employee lifecycle (new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations). Continuously evaluate workflows to identify opportunities for automation or process improvements.
