About the Role

Responsibilities & Requirements:


· Strong research and persuasive legal writing skills required

· Evaluate and analyze facts and provide legal analysis

· Render opinions on coverage

· Develop defense strategies for motion practice and discovery

· Draft pleadings, motions and discovery for declaratory judgment actions

· Demonstrated ability to work with clients and consistently meet or exceed expectations

· Excellent communication skills in order to effectively convey case strategies and legal arguments


Candidate must possess a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and be a member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
