Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will support new and expansion sales for MackinVision, our Library & Asset Management SaaS platform.
This role works closely with Mackin, our primary US reseller and a market-leading provider of K–12 library solutions, including collaborating with their State Sales Representatives throughout the sales process. You will:
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentations, nurturing, and closing.
- Lead consultative discovery conversations and deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations to district, library, and IT stakeholders.
- Contribute to RFP responses where required.

Site Manager:
The Site Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of construction activities for crucial infrastructure, followed by ongoing facility operations once the site is operational. This dual-phased role oversees day-to-day site activities from civil works through commissioning, then transitions to managing continuous facility operations supporting mission-critical satellite services. The Site Manager coordinates multidisciplinary teams, ensures compliance with contractual, quality, and HSE requirements, and acts as the primary on-site representative of SatPort. During operations, the Site Manager maintains site availability, manages facility systems, and ensures the site meets SLA and uptime commitments within the broader SatPort network. This role demands someone who can drive construction execution with urgency while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget - working with energy and purpose to ensure all key deliverables and details are managed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the build - lead day-to-day site operations to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary site teams
- Monitor construction progress against schedule and resolve site issues proactively
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements

- Coordinate with the NOC and engineering teams on site-level support for antenna, RF, baseband, and network infrastructure
- Manage on-site vendor relationships, site operating budgets, and facility KPIs, including uptime and maintenance
- Support site expansion, technology refresh, and capacity projects as the SatPort network evolves
- Ensure ongoing compliance with building codes, environmental permits, OSHA, and applicable FCC site requirements
Essential Knowledge & Skills:
- Proven experience in building ground infrastructure sites with significant experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Solid knowledge of HSE regulations and quality control processes
- Demonstrated experience in facility operations for mission-critical, high-availability environments

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Final base salary for this role will be based on the location, skills, experience and qualifications. Primary Purpose of Position
The Regional Wind O&M (Operations and Maintenance) Manager is responsible for management and oversight of daily operations and maintenance of wind power regional fleet. This includes development and compliance with an operating budget, outage coordination and scheduling with the interconnect entity, scheduling coordinator and trading desk. Provides problem identification and resolution, corrective action and tracking of reliability issues. Responsible for management and oversight of onsite contractors utilizing excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal. Accountable for assigned sites to assure services are executed to Constellation Wind Operations and Maintenance requirements.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Ensure that wind turbines are maintained in a way that ensures the safety of all employees and contractors within the region. Provide oversight and prioritize compliance with regulatory requirements and hold high standards for environmental guidelines.
- Monitor wind turbine towers for maintenance quality audits, troubleshooting, assisting wind turbine technicians, and implementing fleet wide improvement changes.
- Respond to nontraditional operating hours for maintenance and emergent issues for the following: Manage Landowner relationships, utility interactions, wind turbine supplier maintenance support, and substation maintenance/troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure effective utilization of Work Order Management Process, and maintenance procedure writing. Design, test, implement, and revise procedures for Constellation Wind operations.
- Ensure that high voltage switching at substations, transmission circuits, or wind turbine supplier transformer feeds is executed safely and within compliance with Constellation Lock out Tag out (LOTO)program.
- Assists in developing operating procedures changes to optimize turbines continuous improvement projects. Complete procedure and process documentation for various aspects of Wind Turbine O&M requirements.
- All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (Department duty coverage and/or call out, and positions outside of department in support of outage activities etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience OR
- Associate's degree with 7 years' experience in a power plant OR

- Maintain minimum access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
- Experience with applicable electrical power generation, transmission, motors/generators, or process controls discipline codes and standards
