The Associate General Manager is responsible for working in partnership with the General Manager to maximize sales, provide an exceptional shopping experience for the customer, and manage the store’s visual and operational standard, including the store’s shrink %, wage cost and Clienteling. The base hourly range for this role is between $32 and $35. We are seeking an aggressive, growth-oriented Operations Manager to join our established multi-trade service company that serves across the state of Florida.
The Operations Manager will work directly with the General Manager to oversee all day-to-day operations, aggressively drive growth by manpower, ensure robust system support, and maintain training cadences. The successful candidate:
- Will have 10+ years in performing arts management, preferably related to touring Broadway shows, concerts, performing arts and special events.
- The General Manager is the primary liaison to the University of Arizona, owner of Centennial Hall where Broadway in Tucson’s shows are presented.

Position Summary:
The Structural Department Manager is responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of the Structural, Pipe, and Labor Departments in support of ship repair, maintenance, and modernization projects. This role ensures all work is performed safely, efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards in accordance with applicable specifications and regulatory requirements.
The Structural Department Manager is responsible for setting the tone and culture of the department, ensuring full alignment with company expectations and strategic objectives. This role requires proactive leadership, accountability, and a strong commitment to organizational priorities. Department Managers are expected to champion company initiatives and directives from senior leadership, clearly communicating and reinforcing them within their teams as unified, department-level guidance.
The manager oversees a broad scope of production activities, including structural steel fabrication and repairs, hull modifications, deck and bulkhead work, piping system installation and testing, and general labor support services. Responsibilities include coordinating structural welders, fitters, pipefitters, laborers, and support crews to meet production goals and project schedules.
This position requires strong knowledge of shipboard structures, welding and pipefitting techniques, material handling, and staging. The Structural Department Manager works closely with project teams, planning, and other production departments to integrate efforts across trades, resolve technical and logistical challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Lead coordination efforts between departments, subcontractors, and project management teams to resolve production and technical issues that may impact critical path work.

Your Role & Responsibilities
Operational Support (Daily Focus)
- Assist the Operations Manager in day-to-day tasks and decision-making.
- Manage and coordinate third-party housekeeping and maintenance providers.
- Conduct property inspections; ensure standards are met before check-in.
- Handle early check-ins/late checkouts: approvals, prep, and coordination.
- Oversee turnover readiness: post-checkout prep and pre-arrival inspection.
- Restock owner closets and maintain inventory across the portfolio.
- Meet vendors on site to coordinate and resolve maintenance issues.
- Supervise all maintenance, cleaning, and inventory workflows; escalate issues you cannot resolve or items that involve owner responsibility over $400 to the Operations Manager.
- Partner with and direct an Operations Coordinator who supports back office tasks (scheduling vendor appointments, generating codes, invoicing, documentation, etc.).
