We have an opportunity for a Senior Major Enterprise Account Executive to join our West New Logo Sales team, reporting to the Regional Director of the West New Logo team. Summary/Objective:
Under the supervision of the Founder & CEO this position provides
clerical/para-professional accounting support required for maintenance of accurate financial
records and correct processing of financial transactions. Prepares, processes and maintains

documents for accuracy and completeness and ensures that all transactions are properly

Essential Functions:
Performs a variety of paraprofessional accounting functions required to ensure the accurate
processing of all financial transactions and proper accounting for all funds received and disbursed
by the agency.
Maintains and reconciles subsidiary and control accounts.
Create and/or processes budget adjustments, and journal entries.
Reviews source documentation to ensure that payables and/or receivables transactions comply
with all substantive and procedural requirements, are accurately calculated and properly
authorized, and allocated to the proper fund and cost center.
Develops and maintains a variety of databases and/or spreadsheets.
Contacts departments of origin to resolve documentation problems and/or problems with respect to proper

Oversee utility billing and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will work with other city departments and department heads and coordinate with the City Manager on each department's financial performance. The candidate will be responsible for supervising the finance department's staff of six trained employees.
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration is preferred, but governmental accounting experience is required. A CPA designation is a big plus. A minimum of 5 years of governmental accounting experience is also required. Credentials as a certified government finance officer are also a big plus. Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities will be considered.
The City of Bowie offers a great work/life balance with a compressed work schedule of Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with Fridays off. This position is on-site only and not remote. Salary range is $65,000 to $80,000, depending on education and experience.

The Inside Account Executive - GPO works with small to mid-sized inside accounts to grow and retain their business. Inside Account Executives (IAE) engage customers remotely by phone, video, and digital communication to retain and expand sales into new lines of business as well as facilitating introductions to our category experts for more complex business needs. This role is part of a team and does not have assigned accounts.
It is a high velocity sales position that leverages a prioritized call list to engage and sell to contacts across the entire standard and low touch customer segment. The goal of a retention representative is to build strong relationships with existing customers, address their concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure they remain loyal and continue to do business with the company. - Use Professional Selling Skills (PSS) to identify customer needs and close/win opportunities.
- Influences on the spot pricing decisions in order to cultivate a seamless customer experience
- Maintain and grow revenue by consistently meet activity goals and daily metrics - outbound dials, sell time, live contacts, and created opportunities
- Manage sales funnel to close opportunities
- Implement strategies to retain at-risk customers or those considering canceling their subscriptions
- Engage with customers to uncover and win new opportunities and discuss promotions and/or campaigns
- Keeping customers engaged with the company through regular check-ins, follow-up calls, or personalized interactions
- Gathering feedback from customers about their experiences, needs, and preferences and conveying this information to relevant departments within the company for improvement
- Identifying and resolving customer problems, complaints, or inquiries, and ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions

Monitors associates’ performance against disbursement standards and assures that hospital and departmental policies are observed.
Selects, trains, evaluates and counsels Accounts Payable associates and resolves complex vendor or regulatory inquiries.
Manages the systems associated with the Accounts Payable function, recommending and supporting changes and upgrades in these systems.
