Opportunity Details:
- Organize, audit, and transmit bi-weekly payroll.
- Review timecard and answer employeesβ inquiries.
- Process employee reimbursements, as needed.
- Process union dues/union pension reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Advanced knowledge of Paycom and its associated modules, highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (V lookups and Pivot Tables).

About the Company

POSITION SUMMARY
As part of the Talent and Career Strategy team, the Senior Paralegal provides advanced legal support throughout all phases of complex litigation and investigations while overseeing and directing the work of junior and midlevel paralegals. This role combines high-level case management responsibilities with team leadership, workflow coordination, and quality oversight. The Senior Paralegal will also play a critical role in fact development, evidence preservation, regulatory response, and risk mitigation. The Senior Paralegal operates with a high degree of autonomy, manages multiple matters at once, and serves as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, courts, and external vendors.
This position demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in litigation support technologies.Extensive knowledge of court procedures, discovery processes, legal cite checking, and trial preparation is required, as the Senior Paralegal will serve as a subject matter resource to ensure compliance with court rules and internal procedures while helping to drive operational efficiency across matters.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Litigation, Investigation, & Case Management Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in all stages of large, complex litigation matters from inception through post-trial, including attending and supporting depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
- Apply advanced knowledge of federal and state procedural rules and electronic filing requirements; implement and maintain case calendaring and docketing systems, ensure accuracy of key dates, and provide guidance on court-related procedural questions.
- Prepare templates and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and related legal documents; assist with proofreading, legal cite-checking, Bluebook compliance, and case law retrieval.
- Organize and maintain electronic case files in accordance with firm protocols; manage high volumes of documents, including client and third-party communications, client collections, productions, deposition materials, exhibits, and trial materials.
- Assist attorneys with document collection, Relativity database setup, and management, including document production.
- Perform complex data analysis, tracking, and discovery management within Relativity, including document review and database searches.
- Prepare, organize, and manage exhibits and trial materials, including pleadings, witness preparation materials, trial notebooks, deposition designations, demonstratives, and digital courtroom presentations (e.g., Trial Director, OnCue).
- Assist attorneys with internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, and compliance reviews.
- Assist attorneys with preparing materials for witness interviews, including pulling documents from Relativity and organizing materials into binders for witness interviews.
Leadership & Training Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior and midlevel paralegals assigned to your matters.
- Review documents and filings of other teams members for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with paralegal onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
- Identify stretch assignments for more junior members of the team to build advanced litigation or investigative skills.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior paralegals, including instruction on firm litigation procedures and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in an AmLaw 100 or specialized litigation firm, with demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills appropriate for a senior-level role.
- Expert knowledge of Federal and relevant State procedural rules and electronic filing requirements, with strong familiarity with Federal and State court rules, case management systems, and e-filing databases.
- Experience drafting pleadings, and discovery requests and responses, with proficiency in legal cite-checking and Bluebook standards.
- Working knowledge of docketing applications (e.g., CompuLaw, PACER), litigation support and transcript management tools (e.g., TextMap, CaseMap, Opus2, NetDocuments), and document review/e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), legal research platforms (e.g. LexisNexis, Westlaw), and document management/PDF tools (e.g. Kofax, Adobe Acrobat).

What Will You Do?
The successful candidate will support the Real Estate team under the primary supervision of the Real Estate Senior Counsel. This position will have responsibilities relating to the Company's growing real estate portfolio, including preparing, reviewing, and interpreting a wide array of real estate related documents such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, deeds and related documents, site plans/surveys, easements, and communications to/from landlords. Position Overview
The Senior Operations Manager plays an important role in ensuring our organization runs smoothly and responsibly in support of our mission. This position blends hands-on administrative work with systems coordination to support a team of eight dedicated staff members.
Reporting to the Executive Director, this role helps maintain efficient, accurate, and compliant internal operations, enabling programs and services to thrive. The position works closely with leadership and staff across the organization and does not include direct supervision of staff.

- Assure all necessary supplies/equipment are purchased, maintained, and accounted for at all times within the community.
- Oversee purchase of supplies, equipment, or services; including all vendor contracts and capital improvement requests as assigned by supervisor.
- Develop, schedule, plan, and procure materials for associate in-services and meetings.
- Develop relationships with a variety of community agencies that can be of benefit to community.
- Develop one-on-one relationships with residents, families, and associates.
- Arbitrate complaints and disputes concerning residents, family, and/or personnel.
- Meet with and review and evaluate all recommendations of the communityβs resident council and their meetings.
- Observe and enforce all sanitation, safety and infection control policies and procedures.
- Maintain and oversee all community insurance programs.
- Prepare and/or oversee time reporting of associates and oversee all payroll functions to ensure associates are actually paid on designated payroll dates.
- Serves as the Sales Leader of the community by assuring sales and marketing objectives are achieved and maintained and occupancy goals are met; and that the community has an effective business development plan and presence in the greater community.
- Coordinate details related to move-ins and move-outs.
- Meet with new residents and families to explain residency agreement and process at time of move-in and ongoing if questions arise.
- If applicable, work with the wellness team to assess resident functional status and social, psychological, and spiritual needs on an ongoing basis, but especially prior to move-in and after hospital stays; Assure that care plans are completed and arrange services and support to meet resident needs; Refer residents to community-based services and medical services as necessary; Implement approaches and services to maintain or enhance resident independence.
- Initiate action plans and family conferences for resolving problems identified by associates, residents, or family members.
- If applicable, initiate resident/family conferences when a change of service level is required; Document goals and action plans and review dates on appropriate forms.
- Assure final determination on eligibility of continued residency.
- Assure continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services.
- Assure state regulations are met and work closely with state oversight agencies; including review of state deficiencies and the development of plan of corrections.
- Maintain high degree of resident satisfaction and evaluate resident satisfaction regularly; Implement programs and changes to enhance resident satisfaction with approval of supervisor.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports as directed by supervisor.
- Assume on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis and assign on-call responsibilities to other associates on a rotational basis to ensure after-hours response to resident emergencies and physical plant problems.
- Organizes, maintains, and participates in weekend Manager on Duty.
- Ensure appropriate handling of on-the-job injuries as reported by associates and any incidents involving residents and visitors.
- Maintain and upgrade knowledge and implementation of standards and requirements specified by federal and state laws.
- Carry-out other duties as assigned by supervisor or as necessary to maintain quality and continuity of services, safety of residents, and security of premises.
- Supports and participates in the resident centered activity programs.
- Participates in projects or committees as assigned.
- Attends all associate meetings including in-service education and associate functions, as requested by supervisor.
- Assists in a variety of tasks involving residents as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Bachelorβs Degree preferred; Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent and five years of relevant senior living community management experience or comparable post-high school education which may include vocational or college education; and three years of relevant senior living community management experience with proven leadership and management skills.
- Meet the state specific regulatory requirements for administration of a community; including independent, assisted, and memory care (NV license required)
- Excellent computer skills including: Windows, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, internet based and property management programs.

We seek a Senior Director of Global Sourcing and Asia Operations
Objectives: encompassing the needs of design, sourcing, and Asia teams.
Constant communication with all Department to establish priorities and coordinate
the daily / weekly to the Senior Manager of Asian Operations in China.
Communicate directly via WeChat, Teams, phone, etc. with suppliers to review issues
and/or re-alignment of priorities, daily if needed.
Maintain margin goals set by Finance. Ensure pricing concerns or manufacturing
issues are elevated to the applicable Design Director or VP of Sales.
Oversee the daily functions of the sourcing and purchasing teams.
Coordinate with VP of Operations on vendor additions to ensure compliance, quality,
and production goals are aligned with customer requirements.
Identify and work with IT on system improvements to make the procurement process
more efficient.
Review open development monthly with Asian Operations to mitigate risk of vendor
overload and ensure sample development is balanced and on time.
Quarterly review of PO dollars TY vs LY placed. Analysis of vendor over/under
capacity shared with the leadership team. Additions/Subtractions to the supplier base
are coordinated via the analysis.
Initiate resourcing programs for consolidation of shipment or vendor reductions.
Conduct our Annual Vendor Scorecard Analysis and review.
Annual review of the Asia budget and submission to Finance for the fiscal year.
Completion of departmental budgets for Asia, Sourcing and Procurement, along with
the write-up for the corporate plans.
Trouble shooting and resolution of daily βfire-drillsβ.
International Travel is required.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree - preferably in Business, International Trade or related discipline
and/or equivalent relevant experience.

10+ years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, and international negotiations.
Understanding of the jewelry/accessory manufacturing process.
