About the Role

We are seeking a skilled BIM Drafter to support our design and coordination efforts using advanced modeling and drafting tools. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office, with a preferred background in the electrical industry. Experience with the Evolve add-on and Trimble for Revit is a significant plus. This is a collaborative role working closely with the Preplanning team, project management, and field personnel.

Role Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:

• Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs to 15-35 lbs.

The Automation Technician ensures reliable operation of sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing systems by installing, maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting automation components, process instrumentation, drives, motors, control devices, clean utility systems, and aseptic production equipment. The role supports continuous and compliant operations under cGMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and cleanroom standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot sensors and transmitters for pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH, conductivity, and environmental monitoring.
• Support in performing GMP‑compliant calibrations with complete traceability and accurate documentation.

The Subsurface Analyst will join a highly trained team of field specialists responsible for identifying and designating critical subsurface utilities and structural embeds within concrete structures. This role supports safe excavation and construction activities by providing accurate, non-destructive investigations of underground infrastructure.

This position operates within the discipline of non-destructive testing (NDT) and utilizes advanced technologies including Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), electromagnetic (EM) pipe locators, and other specialized scanning tools. In addition to performing field investigations, the Subsurface Analyst will capture and document findings to create a digital representation of previously unknown subsurface infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform investigative scanning activities on commercial, industrial, and infrastructure job sites.

• Technical Validation: Supervise the calibration and programming of industrial instrumentation and ensure all fiber optic terminations and testing (OTDR) meet project specs.
• Safety Mastery: Lead daily safety meetings and enforce 100% compliance with OSHA and NFPA 70E (Arc Flash) safety protocols.
• Planning: Develop 3-week look-ahead schedules and coordinate material procurement via Procore or similar project management tools.

Required Qualifications

• Licensing: Valid State of Texas Journeyman Electrician License required; Master Electrician License is strongly preferred for permit-pulling authority.
• Experience: 5–10 years in electrical construction with at least 3 years in a Superintendent or leadership role.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Medium Voltage terminations and testing.
• Proficiency in bending/installing rigid conduit.
• Experience with instrumentation calibration and duct bank installation.
• Safety: OSHA 10 Construction is required; OSHA 30 is strongly preferred.
• Education: High school diploma/GED; a degree in Construction Management or Engineering is a plus.
