o Develops and administers safety programs, policies, procedures training, objectives, and other initiatives to promote safe operations and incident prevention.

Represents System Safety and the CTA on matters involving regulatory safety activity.
β’ Coordinates with federal and state safety oversight agencies (RTA, FTA, OSHA, and federal and state regulators) on hazard management and loss control issues and delivers reports as needed.
β’ Acts as safety knowledge expert in Authority special projects and may chair committees to ensure transit safety and security activities are undertaken and completed.
β’ Develops and implements performance measurement and safety criteria through technology; provides oversight of inspection and investigation follow-up processes, including corrective action plans and recommendations from inspections and investigations.
β’ Hires, trains, develops, monitors, and evaluates staff.
Reviews and recommends personnel actions for approval.
Ensures ongoing professional development for all direct reports, including identifying pertinent training opportunities and encouraging active participation in safety professional societies.
β’ Performs related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS β’ Bachelorβs degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or a related technical field plus seven (7) years of experience in safety program development or risk management, of which three (3) years are in a supervisory or management role, or a combination of education and experience related to the position.
β’ Transportation Safety Institute (TSI) training certifications (TSSP) preferred.
β’ Must possess a valid Illinois driverβs license.
β’ Successful completion required of Rail Accident Investigation, Bus Collision Investigation and Traffic Investigation I and II preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS β’ Requires remaining in a stationary position for extended periods of time and constantly operating a computer and other office productivity machinery.
β’ Demands include extensive walking (up to 3 miles at one time), sometimes on rocks and on narrow catwalks, and climbing (such as onto trains and back down and up and down ladders of various sizes).
β’ Random nature of incidents leads to irregular work hours.
β’ Must wear applicable restrictive personal protective equipment.
β’ Service Area Requirement: Exempt (Non-Union) employees must live within the boundaries of the CTA Statutory Service Area either at the time of employment or within 6 months of beginning employment at CTA.

β’ Conditions also include working at extreme heights; working near electrified third rail; working in subway tunnels with limited clearance, visibility, etc.
β’ This position is considered a "C-List" position under the βRevolving Doorβ prohibition within the State Officials and Employees Act (5 ILCS 430/5-45), which contains a number of post-employment restrictions CTA employees in C-list designated positions must follow.
Among other requirements listed in this statute, CTA employees in C-list designated positions are required to follow State notification procedures to the Office of the Executive Inspector General prior to acceptance of any applicable non-State employment or may be fined significant penalties.
EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, AND MATERIALS UTILIZED β’ Standard office equipment.
β’ Various types of measuring devices, digital camera, personal computers (including handheld devices), label maker, various types of gauges, light tools (wrenches and screwdrivers), reflective safety vests, applicable restrictive personal protective equipment.

Our ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in a clinical mental health discipline and familiarity working with: children and families and also home and community-based experience. Senior Living Community Sales Director Responsibilities:
β’ Connect with prospective residents and their families β build trust, uncover needs, and guide them toward saying βyesβ to their new home.
β’ Lead engaging tours (in-person and virtual), answer questions with confidence, and tailor the experience to each familyβs unique situation.
β’ Own the follow-up β because great salespeople know the fortune is in the follow-through.
β’ Build a strong referral network with healthcare providers, clergy, service organizations, and other community partners who influence senior care decisions.
β’ Represent the community at events, open houses, and outreach opportunities β you'll be the face of Country Meadows and the heart of our sales efforts.
β’ Collaborate with campus and clinical teams to ensure a smooth, supportive move-in process.
β’ Track leads and activity in CRM software to stay organized, accountable, and on top of your goals.
β’ Keep occupancy strong by balancing compassion with persistence β and never losing sight of the impact each move-in has.
Senior Living Community Sales Director Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Human Services, or a related field preferred. Certification/licensure in assisted living/personal care a plus.
β’ Proven experience in relationship-based sales β senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or long-term-care insurance backgrounds are all welcome.
β’ Confidence in guiding complex decisions β especially those that involve multiple family members and emotional weight.
β’ Understanding of personal care, assisted living, or memory care is a strong plus.
β’ Comfort using CRM systems and managing details, follow-ups, and pipelines with precision.
β’ Warm, outgoing, and self-motivated, with a natural ability to move conversations forward while making people feel truly heard.

Community Crisis Stabilization Clinician - Weekends
The CCS Clinician works within the Adult CCS component of the larger Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) and is primarily responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments inclusive of the use of standardized assessment tools for suicide risk, brief crisis counseling, individualized risk management/safety planning, psychoeducation, discharge planning, and care coordination.
In this exciting role, the Clinician will:
- provide direct clinical services to clients in the CCS (individual and group treatment, family meetings, treatment team meetings)
- complete clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, discharge summaries)
- complete concurrent reviews with insurance companies, case management and discharge planning
- provide clinical guidance and consultation to Milieu counselors, LPNs and Certified Peer Specialists/Recovery Coaches
The CCS Clinician is expected to have a sound understanding of Human Behavior in the Social Environment, Mental illness, substance use and co-occurring disorders and clinical interventions to appropriately support persons served.
Schedule: Part Time, 8 hours
- Saturday: 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate:
- Unlicensed Clinician - $35.70/hour
- Independent Licensure - $38.25/hour
- Plus an additional $1/hourly differential for working weekend shifts!

Community Crisis Stabilization Counselor
The Community Crisis Stabilization programs provide both short and long-term care for persons experiencing mental health, substance use disorder, and co-occurring disorders who might otherwise require treatment in an inpatient setting and would benefit from structured stabilization, support, care coordination, and treatment planning.
Working as part of a team in this acute care residence, staff will provide guidance, education, supervision, and direct supports to allow consumers to maintain their physical and emotional health, live safely in the community and develop the skills necessary to return to independent living. Interactions between staff and consumers will be guided by an appreciation for those being served as unique individuals and adults, with the expectation and goal of crisis or situational stabilization.
Schedule: Part-Time, 8 hours

House Manager - Congress House
We are seeking a House Manager for our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program!
ACCS Integrated Teams provide clinical interventions and peer and family support to facilitate engagement, support functioning and maximize symptom stabilization and self-management of individuals and to assist individuals in developing skills, establishing natural supports and resources to live successfully in the community.
Working with the clinical direction of the Team Leader, GLE House Managers will oversee operations of assigned Supported Group Living Environments (GLE), ensuring that programs provide safe environments that facilitate effective rehabilitation and clinical services in coordination with members of the Primary Team. The House Manager is responsible for supervision of GLE support staff, coordination of schedules and household maintenance.

The adjunct behavior analyst provides consultative services to individuals, families, caregivers, and/or providers served by The Department of Developmental Services in the DDS Charles River West Area Office located in Waltham, MA. The behavior analyst completes formal and informal assessments, collaborates with support teams in the DDS area office and/or other providers, and establishes interventions in accordance with the state Positive Behavior Support regulations. This job is a hybrid position. This position requires 2 - 3 days (the days can vary each week) in the DDS Charles River West Area Office. It also requires in-person observations in the communities served by the area office.
