Your Role:
- Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well

- Perform laundry duties as required (including washing, drying, ironing, and folding all guest room linens as well as restaurant and catering linens)
- Keep the laundry area and common areas clean and organized
- Complete daily cleaning of housekeeping and maintenance staff restrooms
- Understand proper utilization of equipment and chemicals, including knowledge of appropriate safety procedures
- Assist housemen and housekeepers as needed
- Help maintain a safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:
- Housekeeping experience with properties (Hotels and Resorts) more than 500 rooms is preferred. Having a broad understanding of the tourism industry and the day-to-day operations of a hotel/resort are helpful.
- Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions and statistical analysis.
- Prior experience with inventory control relates to equipment, supplies, linen, and other FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and expenditures).
Preferred Requirements
- Bilingual, in Spanish and English.
- Experience with a property of 500 rooms or more.
- Formal training or hands-on education in hotel management and operations.

Job Description:
The position will be responsible for working in the process of cooling tower manufacturing. The position may work in various areas. The position may assume additional duties as assigned. The successful incumbent will be detail oriented, able to follow instructions well, and work well in a team atmosphere. The position may work in any station or operation of the manufacturing process.
Education / Experience / Certifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Prior experience in a manufacturing operation preferred, but not required
Activities / Tasks:
Depending upon which operation the incumbent is performing, he/she may be required to:
- Pull correct material for the job duty being performed
- Clean part using correct cleaning procedure
- Put correct sealant onto parts
- Apply thread guard where appropriate
- Assemble the designated parts correctly using a drill, impact gun, and wrenches
- Operate a man lift, scissor lift, overhead crane, hoist, and/or forklift as required after Company certification is obtained
- Use tools such as wrenches, impact guns, utility knife, drift pins, sealant tape, glue, staple gun, nail gun, and any other required tools/equipment safely and effectively
- Proficiently and safely pick and pack parts for customer orders

The regularly scheduled hours for this position are 6:00am-2:30PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime may become a possibility or even required. When working overtime, the regularly scheduled shift is adjusted by 1-2 hours at either the beginning or end of the regularly scheduled shift. Overtime may also be requested or mandatory on Saturdays as well.

Summary - The Marine Junior Assembler is responsible for learning the process of assembling and operation of assembly machines according to directions. With assistance, they will aid in the fabrication, to produce various size and types of valves, using tools and fixtures. Occasional material handling and stocking of components at machine being operated.

JOB DUTIES
As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for fabricating, installing, inspecting, testing, operating, repairing and maintaining all types of electrical, mechanical and electronic equipment in a safe and orderly manner as directed by a Maintenance Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Five (5) years industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Formal Apprenticeship or equivalent trades training is desirable.
- Vocational or high school graduate or equivalent.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The tasks listed are the most physically demanding tasks required of the Maintenance Electrician position.
Standing - worker stands on concrete, rock, dirt or equipment (frequent basis)
Walking - worker is walking on concrete floors, rock, or dirt during the shift (frequent basis)

- Lifting - required to lift various tools, parts, and equipment such as an electrical testing and measuring equipment, conduit, ladders and scaffolding, vibration analyzers, soldering equipment, metal cutting and forming machines, hoisting and rigging equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must demonstrate the ability to comply with all Century Aluminum and plant PPE requirements and safety protocols.
- Must possess the skills and abilities to work autonomously while conducting routine electrical tasks.
- Familiar with the handling, operation and safe use of all types of electrical equipment including motors, generators, transformers, rectifiers, switches, circuit breakers, relay, control equipment, communication equipment, electronic and fluid controls, power generation, transmission and distribution system, instruments, panel boards, replacement parts and supplies, wire and cable, insulating materials, solder, paint, etc.
- Safe and efficient use of electrical maintenance tools and equipment including electrical testing and measuring equipment. Conduit bending and threading equipment, ladders and scaffolding, vibration analyzers, soldering equipment, metal cutting and forming machines, hoisting and rigging equipment. Hand and power tools common to the trade.
- Read and work from blueprints, sketches, charts, manuals, wiring and schematic diagrams, and other information and instructions. Maintains records and makes reports as necessary.
- Fabricate, install, troubleshoot, dismantle, repair, assemble, inspect, test, maintain, lubricate and operate all electrical and electronic equipment and components, air conditioning equipment, fluid controls, cranes, lighting systems and battery powered equipment.
- Use burning, cutting, welding, soldering, and brazing equipment as required.
- Operate cranes, mobile equipment, and erects and disassembles scaffolding in conjunction with repair work.
- Paint in conjunction with repair work.
- Actively participate in crew and plant safety programs.
- Assist in warehouse parts and inventory control.
- Assist in the upgrade of PM's and lubes through planning.
- Participate in out-of-schedule working hours, i.e.; fill-ins, breakdowns and overhauls.
- Work rotating shifts.

- Communicate freely with the technician/supervisor.
- Utilize computer systems, i.e.; daily time entries in Oracle, functions of the CMMS System.

SPECIFIC DUTIES FOR SHIFT MAINTENANCE WORKERS
- Exercise extreme caution while working alone on many tasks
- Assist other maintenance shift workers throughout the plant in repair efforts to minimize call-ins of day shift personnel
- Assist assigned crew with execution of planned activities such as PM's, lubes, or standing work orders as assigned by the maintenance supervisor
- Understand and activate the "Maintenance Help Chain" as necessary to prevent excessive production interruptions
- Prioritize work requests or have the Potline Supervisor prioritize requests in the event of multiple requests simultaneously
- Assess non-routine breakdown situations and recommend necessary resources when help is required
- Provide accurate feedback to the appropriate maintenance personnel regarding turnover information on breakdowns and trouble calls
- Practice established maintenance process techniques at all times, some examples include accurate and detailed information on work orders, applying parts removal tags on rebuild items, immediately return to stock warehouse issues that are not needed, proper coding of emergency work orders, all stock issues are charged to work orders

Responsibilities:
· Install wiring, electrical fixtures, power equipment, following current NEC and local code
· Install control and distribution apparatus, including motors, relays, switches, thermostats, circuit-breaker panels for machine
· Install and connect power supply wiring, cables, conduit, and electrical apparatus for machines and equipment in new and existing facilities following diagrams, schematics, or blueprints
· Test continuity of circuits to ensure compatibility and safety of components using testing instruments
· Diagnose and resolve problems in electrical circuits, systems, and equipment using testing instruments and equipment
· Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit using rulers, measuring devices, hand tools, pipe threader, and conduit bender.
· Maintain inventory of company-owned tools, equipment, and materials
· Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures
· Ensure that equipment is in safe operating condition

Travel Specialist (Bilingual English & French)
The Customer Service team is responsible for maintaining Tablet's reputation for having the best customer service in the online travel agency business. As the face of the company our Travel Specialists' mission is to create a customer experience so incredible it defines the brand.
Travel Specialists convert new users into loyal customers, keep existing customers coming back for more, quickly and confidently minimize damage (regardless of the source) while demonstrating resourcefulness and grit, and are able to predict and get ahead of conflicts.
As a Travel Specialist you'll assist our clients across the Tablet Hotels and MICHELIN Hotel brands via phone, email, and live chat with hotel reservations, hotel recommendations, rate and availability searches, technical support, special requests, and feedback. You'll also be an ambassador of our Tablet Plus program. Additionally, up to 25% of the role will be dedicated toward restaurant inquiries for the MICHELIN Guide.
Maintaining an incredible customer experience requires timely and concise communication between clients and hotel partners with an ability to manage expectations in a high-volume and collaborative setting. Our ideal candidate has a sincere desire to ensure our clients' needs are satisfied quickly and simply.
Requirements:
Superb oral and written communication in English and French
Customer-facing experience in travel, hospitality, or related luxury industries
Proficiency with Google Workspace or other cloud-based document creation and collaboration platforms
Experience communicating over chat platforms like Slack in tandem with email and phone
Travel Specialists are asked to work at least two paid holidays per calendar year. Occasionally, you may need to work past the end of your shift to complete tasks because the world of travel doesn't stop when we do.
This is a hybrid role requiring one day per week in our New York City office. The starting schedule for this role is Thursday - Monday 1pm - 10pm ET.

Job Description
The Casino Host will promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber of customer service to all patrons and employees of Belterra Casino Resort.
The Casino Host:
- Is responsible for developing relationships and keeping ties and communication with targeted guests through personal contact (i.e., phone, mail, e-mail, in person, etc.).
- Uses discretionary authority to arrange accommodations and amenities (i.e., shows, hotel, restaurant and transportation).
- Manages, handles and resolves player problems.
- Is responsible for maintaining goodwill with all guests.
- Ensures guests are aware of events, promotions and entertainment and responds guests accordingly.
- Provides complimentary according to established guidelines and sound business practices.
- Complies with state and local regulatory requirements.
- Builds relationships with target players using contact strategy through a variety of on property, inbound and outbound channels (i.e., phone, mail, e-mail, etc.)
- Leverages property amenities/programs to targeted players.
- Utilizes the casino computer systems for the purpose of tracking complimentary items to qualified guests based on comping guidelines.
- Collaborates with work-group and all support departments to ensure player satisfaction.
- Communicates all relevant information to co-workers and management to maintain consistency and avoid potential problems.

Key Responsibilities
Workplace & Guest Experience
- Serve as the go-to resource on the office floor, assisting employees, guests, and visitors with questions, directions, and workplace support.
- Deliver a hospitality-focused experience, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and supported.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the organization with professionalism and a client-first mindset.
- Respond to requests and inquiries in person, by email, or by phone in a timely and knowledgeable manner.
Meeting & Event Support
- Provide real-time support for meetings across office floors, connecting with meeting organizers and guests as meetings begin.
- Confirm meeting room requirements in advance, including lighting, supplies, temperature, and audio/visual equipment.
- Monitor meeting rooms to ensure proper usage, confirm attendance, and identify no-show reservations.
- Reset meeting rooms after events and return equipment to designated storage areas.
- Provide meeting organizers with contact information for additional support during meetings.
Workspace & Floor Management
- Conduct regular floor inspections to ensure meeting rooms, common areas, and workspaces remain clean, organized, and professional.
- Support the organization’s hoteling and mobile workspace culture by assisting employees with workspace reservations.
- Monitor meeting room occupancy and reclaim unused rooms when necessary to maximize workspace availability.
- Work closely with facilities teams to report and resolve issues such as lighting problems, damaged furniture, or maintenance concerns.
Operations & Reporting
- Capture and report data related to customer interactions and workplace support requests.
- Maintain knowledge of internal events, workplace policies, and office procedures to assist employees and guests effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company and client policies, including safety and operational procedures.
Training & Development
- Participate in required training programs and ongoing professional development to support workplace service excellence.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, workplace experience, event coordination, or customer service
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with audio/visual equipment
