In this role you will maintain fantastic relationships with and provide phenomenal service to Digicomm’s internal teams and external customers, the largest cable operators and service providers all over the world. You would ensure that we exceed their expectations throughout the purchasing process all the way through final delivery. When issues (e.g. customs, shipping, etc.) arise, you'd work to propose solutions in partnership with the Customer Service team. Our client is a rapidly growing telecom construction company supporting a major cable provider with ongoing HFC network construction, maintenance, and upgrade projects across Central Texas. With a strong pipeline of work and expanding field operations, they are seeking a Project Coordinator to support daily activities at their Selma / San Antonio job site.
Position Overview
The Project Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the construction site. This role is responsible for managing schedules, tracking production, processing work orders, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring strong communication between field crews, the Project Manager, and the client.
The work includes standard (BAU) HFC construction and maintenance, such as:
- Coax/fiber maintenance
- Node splits
- Line extensions
- Service drops
- School and commercial connects
- Small-scale construction projects
This position is ideal for candidates with telecom, cable, or HFC construction experience who thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager with daily coordination of HFC construction and maintenance activities
- Track and report daily production numbers, work order progress, crew assignments, and project milestones
- Maintain accurate project documentation including as-builts, daily logs, permits, work orders, and change orders
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment logistics, and crew scheduling across multiple job sites
- Communicate with field supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve scheduling issues and field challenges
- Assist with permit applications, utility locates, and municipal coordination for right-of-way access
- Prepare weekly status reports and production summaries for internal leadership and the client

Qualifications
Required:

Job Responsibilities
The Health Coach assists our members with a variety of health concerns including, but not limited to, weight management, stress management, tobacco cessation, nutrition, physical activity and other healthy lifestyle changes. Using a collaborative process that includes assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, the Health Coach provides quality coaching programs that are part of an integrated and comprehensive primary care model.
- Delivers, measures, and improves high quality coaching programs for our members
- Collaborates with members and care teams to assess, develop, implement, and evaluate action plans related to achieving and maintaining an optimal health status
- Engages individual members and groups in healthy lifestyle changes using evidence-based coaching techniques that align behaviors to personal values while fostering an environment of individual responsibility and accountability
- Conducts coaching assessments, follow-up sessions, and delivers onsite wellness classes
- Provides recommendations for healthy behavior changes based on established protocols
- Serves as a consultant and educational resource to providers and members
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant health field (i.e. Health Education, Nutrition, Nursing, Public Health, Exercise Physiology, Psychology)
- Health Coaching certificate from an approved ICHWC organization
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Health Coach in an out-patient primary care setting
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree and/or prior clinical experience
- Prior work-site health experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, problem solve, and work effectively with people while using good judgment in new and challenging situations
- Knowledge and proficiency in current, evidence-based methods of health coaching including motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy with an emphasis on health promotion and risk reduction
- Experience utilizing electronic health record systems

The Physician, as a leader of the care team, provides outstanding, comprehensive primary health to a panel of patients. The Physician provides medical oversight, expertise and leadership to ensure the delivery of highest quality affordable care.
- Provides patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services consistent with the patient centered medical home model.
- Provides continuous availability for medical and technical questions to our client patients, our patient care staff, and ancillary care providers.
- Provides after-hours coverage in rotation with other market clinicians.
- Actively participates in practice quality improvement programs and evaluation of practice performance metrics.
- Adheres to privacy, compliance, and quality programs and other regulatory and compliance standards of the Practice and the Crossover Medical Group. Complies with all policies, procedures, protocols and our Code of Conduct.
- Participates in implementation of new health technologies, products, services, and programs that establish Crossover as a recognized leader for employer-based health care

Required Qualifications
- Completion of an ACGME approved Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid, state-issued medical license for the state in which you will work (license must be active on date offer letter is signed and on first day of work)
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Current DEA Registration

- 2 years clinical practice experience
- Current Certification or active participation in the exam process leading to certification by a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Specialty Board.
