This MA position will support a busy physician and also will support nurse visits, in-basket tasks, and float to other providers in the clinic when needed.
In addition to primary MA duties, you will administer immunizations, complete child well visits, and assist with minor procedures.
You will also perform phlebotomy, POC testing, UAs, ear lavages, and also complete tasks and orders in the task inbox.
An Ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, solid follow through, and has strong critical thinking skills.

36 hours per week, 4 - 9-hour days.
This position will work either Tuesdays - Fridays (Mondays off).

Under the direction of the health care provider, the Certified Medical Assistant is responsible for the delivery of patient care that promotes the safety and wellbeing of all patients. Accurately performs preliminary physical tests such as: measures blood pressure, records weight, temperature, pulse and respirations and other measures as directed by established clinical protocols.

- Provides appropriate pre- and post-surgery information, organization of surgery scheduling management.
Referral Liaison
- Meets with patients both in person and by phone and is the point person in their coordination of care.
- Works closely with insurance companies and makes referrals according to their guidelines and policies.
- Coordinates referrals with other provider’s offices in a timely manner.
- Implements and follows a tracking system for all referrals.
- Processes requests for physical forms/immunization forms for parents, daycares, and schools as time allows.
Lab
- Performs laboratory testing (including phlebotomy and a variety of routine and/or automated tests), and maintains records of tests performed and results received.
- Reports results and pertinent information to patient and health care team members.
- Complies with regulatory agencies (i.e. CLIA, COLA, OSHA in operation of lab).
- Responsible for quality control and proficiency testing appropriate for the testing performed ensuring that levels are maintained throughout the entire testing procedure from the initial quality control, throughout testing, and reporting of test results.
- Responsible for reporting technical problems and ensure that remedial actions are taken whenever tests deviate from established performance specifications.
- Coordinates a variety of procedures, exams and diagnostic equipment.

We’re hiring a Business System Operations Manager to serve as the internal owner and super user across our portfolio of 12–15 core business platforms. This is not a traditional IT infrastructure role. This is a hands-on systems leadership position focused on making our tools work better for our people.
What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as the internal expert and administrator across systems such as:
• Yardi (property management / ERP)
• Prism
• CRM platforms
• Accounting systems
• Other SaaS tools used across finance, asset management, leasing, marketing, and operations
You will:
- Own system configuration, permissions, and workflows
- Optimize how platforms work together
- Improve data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Support onboarding and user training
- Partner cross-functionally to align systems with business needs
- Manage vendor relationships and platform enhancements
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
What This Role Is Not:
This is not a network engineering, cloud infrastructure, Dev Ops or service administration role.
We partner with external providers for infrastructure and advanced IT. This role focuses on business applications and operational effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years managing business systems, ERP platforms, or multi-system SaaS environments
- Experience with Yardi or other property management / ERP systems strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of workflows, system configuration, permissions, and integrations
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams
- Process-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning multiple platforms
- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
Experience in real estate, property management, or multi-entity environments is a plus.
