As a Certification Technician II, you will independently test and certify HEPA-filtered equipment such as biological safety cabinets, chemical fume hoods, and cleanroom environments at customer sites. Job Description:
One of Insight Global's cosmetic/beauty industry clients is looking for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for the hiring, training and the development of their teams. They will generate sales through the team by delegating duties, coaching, motivating and surpassing all customer expectations by delivering a best-in-class level of service. This position also collaborates with the Marketing Team to ensure that store events are well planned and properly executed.
Work Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience in luxury retail store management
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong management skills
- Proven track record of strong selling skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal and external customers
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people and managerial skills
- Strong knowledge of luxury skincare/fragrance and cosmetics industry
- Preferred experience and knowledge of all Microsoft software (ie. Excel, word etc.) and email (Outlook), POS (Counter point)
Day to Day:
- Achieving and exceeding the store’s sales goals
- Analyze and review goal achievement on daily basis & develop strategies to improve
- Beauty Specialists performance
- Provide guidance & tools to Beauty Specialists in creating a unique approach to clienteling
- Training all new staff
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism and creativity at all times
- Partner with Human resources to handle performance issues quickly and effectively
- Manage the scheduling of the Beauty Specialist to ensure adequate coverage
- Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for service level within the team.
- Respect standards in terms of behavior and follow the company’s policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with the Corporate Office, Buyers, Store Directors and the Leadership Team, and filter pertinent information to your Beauty Specialists
- Meet all deadlines determined by the Corporate Office, Buyers and Marketing Team
- Assume responsibility for all related operational functions of the store
- Maintain proper inventory levels and communicate with the Buying Team on a weekly basis your stores particular needs
- Merchandise the sales floor and keep non-sell areas organized according to the company standard
- Maintain the Visual standards to ensure your store is current and compliant with company guidelines
- Create an innovative environment for visual merchandising discussions and execution
- Maximize footprint in the community ~ be a Community Ambassador - Collaborate with local organizations to identify opportunities in the community to gain new business
- Work closely with Marketing and Store Directors to maximize the stores social media presence
Supervisory Responsibility - This position has direct supervisory responsibilities and serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Work Environment - This job operates in a retail environment with merchandise displays and items available for purchase in inventory.
Compensation - This role is onsite 5 days per week in La Jolla and is paying between $85,000-$95,000 annually.
Senior Power BI Developer

Brooksource is supporting a major integration initiative involving the onboarding of a recently acquired business onto an existing enterprise platform. As part of this effort, all net-new reporting will be built using Power BI, while existing reporting in Tableau, Business Objects, or OBIEE will be lightly supported to ensure consistent data flow. This developer will support the reporting workstream tied to the acquisition, operating within a structured waterfall methodology and leveraging Lean Spec documentation.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer who can independently design, build, and deliver enterprise-level reporting solutions as Brooksource supports our client’s integration initiatives. This consultant will own Power BI development end-to-end and help guide best practices, as Power BI is a growing platform within the environment. The role involves close collaboration with business pods, technical leads, and integration teams to translate requirements into reliable reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new Power BI dashboards, data models, and reports based on documented Lean Specs
- Convert business requirements into structured reporting deliverables within a waterfall framework
- Leverage existing data pipelines to expose required fields and build accurate, meaningful reporting
- Provide light support for existing reporting in Tableau, OBIEE, or Business Objects (data flow inspection, filter checks, troubleshooting)
- Participate in SIT and UAT cycles to validate reporting output and ensure successful rollout
- Provide best-practice guidance on Power BI architecture, data modeling, and visualization standards
- Collaborate with BAs, engineering leadership, and business stakeholders throughout development cycles
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Power BI experience, including:
- DAX
- Power Query
- Data modeling (star schemas, semantic modeling)
- Report/dashboard development
- Strong SQL and data environment understanding
- Experience working in structured SDLC environments (waterfall preferred)
- Ability to work independently and own reporting deliverables
- Strong communication and ability to interface with both technical and functional teams
Preferred Experience
- Tableau, Business Objects, or OBIEE exposure (for minor support, not full development)
- Experience supporting enterprise system integrations or acquisition-related reporting
- Familiarity with Oracle R12 or similar ERP data structures
