A fast-growing U.S. consumer products company is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to help build and scale a modern data platform supporting ecommerce, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing analytics.
This business operates a highly automated domestic manufacturing operation alongside a strong direct-to-consumer ecommerce model, generating more than $120M in annual revenue and continuing to scale rapidly. They are investing heavily in data infrastructure and AI-enabled decision making across the organization.
This role will be one of the foundational hires in the data function and will play a key role in designing the company’s next generation analytics architecture.
The Role
You will work closely with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to build and scale the company’s analytics platform. This role sits between data engineering and analytics and will focus on centralizing data pipelines and improving data accessibility across the organization.
Key initiatives include:
• Migrating the analytics stack to BigQuery and Looker
• Building scalable transformation models using DBT
• Expanding and optimizing Airbyte and Python based ETL pipelines
• Designing reliable datasets that support analytics and AI use cases
• Creating dashboards that support supply chain, marketing, forecasting, and ecommerce operations
• Establishing scalable data architecture and governance standards
