THE COMPANY

Harnham is partnering with an innovative health-tech startup building patient-focused agentic AI, multimodal computer vision and LLM applications to advance capabilities in medical claims and medical imaging in hospitals. THE ROLE

• You will be responsible for computer vision and multimodal model research, building and development for the company's agentic AI product across imaging centers and hospitals
• You will report directly to senior leadership and work closely on technical direction
• Own applied AI research and quickly build into production, particularly focusing on novel AI, computer vision and LLM applications
• You will directly work with production team on implement and design code and build out to production using various machine learning, imaging and LLM techniques, owning machine learning modeling
• You will play an integral role of building out the AI team and scaling out its product
• Act as a thought leader role for AI across the business, mentoring junior team members

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior Computer Vision Scientist will likely have the following skills and experience:

• 5+ years of commercial experience preferred with a focus on applied machine learning and computer vision research, building production-grade models with NLP and LLMs ideally with voice, image and multi-modal systems
• Experience working in a scaling startup is preferred
• Expertise in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch) for production-grade work
• Commercial experience building novel AI platforms with large datasets
• History of working with and managing real-time AI applications in production settings
• Cloud experience in AWS, Azure or GCP

• Pharmacometrics is concerned with the mathematical and statistical analyses and modeling of biological, pharmacological, and physiological data and processes. It quantifies the various aspects of the (desired and undesired) effects of drugs in the context of disease. The models are based on clinical data, and provide a basis for informing efficient drug development, regulatory decisions, and optimal treatment of patients.

Purpose:

• We are building comprehensive Model-Informed Drug Development (MIDD) capabilities in-house to create reusable platform models across our oncology portfolio. We seek a talented and motivated expert to develop advanced Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) models in oncology that enable Virtual Population simulations. You will act as a MIDD expert for oncology and integrate this knowledge into Clinical Pharmacology strategy for related development programs.

This means:

• Develop QSP platform models for multiple oncology mechanisms including:
• Immune checkpoint inhibitors (IO/ICI) across colorectal, lung, and ovarian cancers
• Antibody-drug conjugates across lung, ovarian, and colorectal cancers
• T-cell engagers and bispecifics/trispecifics in multiple myeloma
• CAR-T therapies in hematologic malignancies
• Create and optimize Virtual Populations to capture patient heterogeneity and support clinical trial design
• Implement new methods to enhance QSP-driven MIDD, including AI/machine learning augmentation for literature screening, model drafting, and virtual population optimization

Description

The Scientific Computing & Data group at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS) accelerates scientific discovery by supporting a high-performance computing and research data ecosystem. This includes a data commons and two clinical research data warehouses: one for ISMMS and one for the Kidney Precision Medicine Project (KPMP), a multi-institutional research consortium ( ) funded by the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK). Both warehouses use Microsoft SQL Server and the OMOP Common Data Model.

The Lead Data Warehouse Engineer is a senior technical specialist responsible for leading development, maintenance, and operations of these research data warehouses. The role collaborates with warehouse team members and research stakeholders to expand functionality and integrate new data sources. Data transformations are built in Transact-SQL stored procedures, with SSIS used for orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design databases and pipelines that balance functionality, performance, cost, and development time; evaluate technical options with the product manager.
• Design, build, test, and maintain ETL/ELT processes using T-SQL stored procedures, SSIS, and SQL Agent; apply metadata-driven design for extensibility.
• Serve as a team leader; contribute to project planning, work breakdown, dependency sequencing, and release management.
• Develop and promote standards, conventions, design patterns, DevOps/SDLC best practices, and operational procedures for pipelines and warehouse maintenance.

• Expert knowledge of data warehousing: 3NF & dimensional modeling (fact table types, SCDs), change data capture, incremental loads, data lineage, source-to-target mappings, pattern-based & parameter-driven development.

B-Cell Sequencing is the focus of this group - downstream (Extracting antibodies from individual B cells and sequencing them to find new drug candidates)

The successful candidate will support the development of new paired antibody sequencing technologies from single B cells using droplet microfluidics. Responsibilities include experimental planning and execution, comprehensive B cells sequencing analysis and presentation, and detailed documentation to support multiple programs across our in vivo antibody discovery portfolio.

Responsibilities

- Experimental Design & Execution: Independently design, execute and interpret experiments utilizing microfluidics to amplify heavy and light chain genes and generate DNA libraries for deep sequencing of single B cells captured in droplet emulsions.

- Understand the broad objectives of the project as well as their role in achieving those objectives, and modify the experimental plan when required. Set and meet experimental timelines.

- Molecular Techniques: Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in conducting RNA isolation, and DNA purification, and related methods to amplify antibody heavy- and light-chain variable regions from single cells or lysates and submit DNA libraries for next generation sequencing (MiSeq/MiSeq i100).

- Bioinformatics Data Analysis: Perform comprehensive in silico antibody genetic analysis and data visualization using standard and custom antibody bioinformatic tools – to guide program decisions and deliver biotherapeutic candidates.

Overview

A client of Insight Global is a leading bariatric surgery and medical tourism provider focused on delivering safe, affordable, and high-quality care to international patients. We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & CRM Automation Specialist to own and execute our full marketing funnel—from traffic generation to lead conversion and CRM optimization. This role is critical in driving patient inquiries, improving conversion rates, and aligning marketing with sales operations across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end‑to‑end marketing funnel strategy to drive qualified patient leads
• Manage SEO strategy using current best practices and algorithm updates
• Oversee PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms
• Build, optimize, and automate email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences
• Manage CRM databases, lead pipelines, and funnel performance
• Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and conversion paths to increase lead quality
• Execute content marketing initiatives including blogs, landing pages, and patient-focused messaging
• Manage organic and paid social media campaigns across relevant platforms
• Support video marketing efforts including editing, optimization, and short‑form content (YouTube, TikTok, Reels)
• Collaborate closely with sales teams on lead handoff, enablement, and follow‑up workflows
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and report on KPIs across channels

Required Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for large-scale structured and unstructured data.
• Build and optimize data architectures, models, and database systems for performance and scalability.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Network Firewall Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure firewall solutions that support business operations. This role involves hands-on technical work, proactive security monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional IT teams. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior engineers and ensuring best practices in network security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement firewall solutions aligned with business and security requirements
• Perform firewall upgrades, patches, and migrations
