Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Installation Coordinator.
Responsibilities- Proactively develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand the customer requirements
- Review and modify work orders for accuracy of scope, clarity, required dates, customer contact information and product availability
- Contact customer for scheduling of events: pre-site, delivery and installation
- Update Installation Calendar with pertinent job condition
- Track and record number of installations by product type
- Receive pre-site notes, exit checklist, change orders, pictures and invoices for storage, and processing customer advocacy; Provide formal and final pricing to customer for services requested; Point of contact for questions, concerns, and/or complaints
- Write credit memos and sales orders as needed for returns and rescheduled appointments
- Prior installation coordinating experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to apply expert level product and installation knowledge
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and communicate effectively
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationship with both internal and external customers
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

We specialize in full-service installations of audio, video, Theatrical lighting, access control, and surveillance systems for commercial applications. Located in Philadelphia, PA, this role offers both full-time and contract opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial audio/video systems, including conference rooms, access control, and security camera systems.
- Install projection systems, wiring, termination A/V systems, loudspeakers, cameras, and displays.
- Troubleshooting basic network routers and switches.
- Engage in DSP programming, particularly with Q-SYS,
- Install and Troubleshoot conference room setups and equipment.

Requirements

Prepare estimates, insuring timeliness, accuracy and fairness.
Determine material needs for projects. If not available in current inventory, request Purchasing Manager to order material.
Verify materials are staged for projects and ready for installation.
Coordinate installation of all residential projects with scheduling manager and installation crews.
Follow up on estimates and leads for all residential sales.
Identify and report improvement opportunities in every aspect of the division.
Attend department meetings to maintain communication with all members of the team.
Remain in constant communication with leadership to monitor sales progress and new opportunities.
Other responsibilities as directed or assigned.
Position Specifications:
* Minimum Education - bachelor's degree or related experience preferred.
* Sales Experience - At least 2-5 years of industry or related experience preferred.
* Computer Knowledge - Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word preferred. Bluebeam experience is a plus.
* Supervision - Reports to Division Operations Manager.

Compensation includes a $45,000-$60,000 base salary, with the potential to earn over $100,000 annually with commissions

Bevco is looking for a hands-on Installation Technician to join our team!
We are a service partner for Coca-Cola and install beverage equipment in restaurants, convenience stores, and other businesses. Our technicians work on fountain drink systems, frozen beverage machines, and draft beer equipment.
What You'll Do
Install beverage equipment at customer locations
Set up and calibrate systems
Perform maintenance and basic repairs
Provide great customer service
What We're Looking For
Mechanical aptitude (experience with tools)
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Installation or mechanical experience is a plus
