What Will I Do in This Position?
The Senior Software Engineer will work within our existing product development team to deliver rapid improvements to new and existing software systems. The engineer will be an integral part of BaseCamp’s software team. They will work collaboratively with other engineers, QA, UX Design, and a Product Manager to build the company’s proprietary software suite into the preeminent platform in the resale industry. Specific aspects of the role will include:
- Implement new features and fixes across the entire software stack
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of BaseCamp’s proprietary software suite, which combines a point-of-sale system, a product appraisal application and an inventory management system
- Own the quality of all software, writing unit and integration tests, while manually testing their own and peers' code changes
- Improve the reliability, and speed of BaseCamp’s software products
- Contribute to the refinement of BaseCamp’s development release processes
- Assist front-line teams to troubleshoot and resolve bugs as needed
- Play an integral role in the “Shape Up” software development life cycle
- Be a mentor by coaching and supporting fellow team members
- Be a team player, embrace collaboration, actively listen and respect the ideas of others
- Share in occasional on-call or support escalation for critical software incidents

SummaryRNDC is looking for a talented and energetic Warehouse Production Supervisor for the Night Shift, to join our growing Operations team. The Warehouse Production Supervisor directly supervises and coordinates the activities of shift warehouse associates during the night shift. Duties and responsibilities include assigning people and equipment within the warehouse to complete the picking, handling, and loading of customer's orders in time for the next day's deliveries. Orders need to be pulled and loaded on trucks quickly and accurately with minimal breakage.

Schedule associates across case pick, bottle pick, truck loading, and replenishment responsibilities for optimum workload balance.
Release and monitor waves as products are picked and loaded, responding quickly to any issues in case or bottle pick areas.

Where applicable, oversee the daily use of warehouse technology (WMS) as well as picking technology (voice picking) to ensure proper use and compliance with picking standards.

The Director, USMA (United States Medical Affairs) Framework Architecture is responsible for establishing, maintaining and continuously improving the medical affairs framework within US Medical Affairs. This role ensures medical affairs operates ethically, transparently and in full compliance with internal policies, industry codes and regulatory requirements. This role oversees the design and implementation of robust medical mechanisms for medical content, scientific exchange, evidence generation and external engagement to uphold the highest ethical standards, patient-centricity, and scientific integrity.
Develop and execute training programs for Medical Affairs personnel on Medical Affairs framework and ethical standards. Track training completion and maintain audit readiness documentation. Ensure USMA employees operate in the appropriate framework for all US medical activities, including publications, post approval studies, research, advisory boards, scientific engagement and medical information and response documents. Partner with patient safety organization. Ensure Scientific integrity in US Affiliate communication.
Contribute to shaping medical affairs framework that compliantly enables the US Medical Affairs and US Affiliate organization.

The Role - Product Engineer, Tech Lead
We are seeking a Tech Lead to partner with our existing technical leadership to mobilize our engineering team as we scale our product to help tens of thousands more students and partner with dozens more alternative education partners, financing hundreds of millions of dollars of loans and other financial products. The ideal candidate is exceptionally strong at decomposing challenging problems, fluent in Javascript/Typescript, and opinionated about UX & APIs, but is also passionate about growing people around them and instilling in others best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain a robust application management and loan repayment platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability across front-end and back-end systems
- Leverage full-stack engineering skills to contribute alongside team and build a polished & accessible end-user experience that tens of thousands of students and program administrators love, and develop best of breed API on reliable infrastructure for our partners to leverage
- Set best practices for code quality, system design, and security while mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews
- Oversee 2-3 engineers' day-to-day operations with the support of the Director of Engineering
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define and prioritize work, break down large initiatives into achievable milestones, and balance technical debt with new feature development
- Spec out stories with the engineering team and product leadership, and lead the team in continually reflecting on how to better deliver value and operate as a team
- Foster a strong engineering culture through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in future on-call rotations and ensure by building self-healing and resilient systems and leveraging infrastructure as code and monitoring tools that our systems are highly available
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent bootcamp or upskilling program experience
- Hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar) and ownership of deployment strategies, release management, and production monitoring
- Experience working closely with Product teams to define technical requirements and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence in financial services or similarly regulated environments.
- Ability to clearly articulate technical trade-offs, align stakeholders, and make informed decisions under ambiguity.
- 4+ years working in a SaaS startup regularly building and owning the complete E2E technology stack for Web Application (Frontend + Backend + Cloud + CI/CD)
- Deep experience with a combination of the following technologies:
- Javascript & TypeScript (React, NextJS, Recoil (other state management libraries)), Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.), HTML, CSS
- Databases: SQL (we use PostgreSQL)
- Cloud: AWS or Google Cloud experience
- Design: We use Figma; understanding of responsive design
- DevOps: Experience with CI/CD and modern cloud and container tooling

Compensation
The salary range for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and industry knowledge, ranging between $155,000 to $190,000 annually. - Job duties include but are not limited to measuring, laying out, cutting, grinding, forming, drilling, assembling, aligning, troubleshooting, and repairing assorted structures (aluminum, steel, stainless, gasket, rubber, screen, etc.).

- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum of 3-5 years of related aluminum/shipyard experience.
Demonstrated the ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings and sketches, layout and fabricate parts and assemblies correctly.
Demonstrated skills based on the results of the written fabricating assessment.
Must be able to obtain Tack Weld Certification.
Must always be safety conscious (wear proper PPE).
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
