Job Description Summary

At Bel, the vision for the Strategic Insights department (SI) is to become a competitive advantage for the company, ​running a Best-in-class Insights & Foresights factory, powered by big & smart data analytics.

The Director of Business Analytics North America belongs to the global SI team (around 20 people), with a direct reporting line to the Head of Strategic Insights for North America. This hybrid role will be located in Bel’s Chicago or New York City US HQ offices. The Director of Business Analytics, North America, is a strategic leadership position focused on driving data-driven decision-making and business growth across the U.S. and Canada. This role collaborates with various departments, including marketing, innovation, finance, supply chain, and sales—to turn consumer and market insights into actionable strategies. This role brings together consumer understanding, shopper insights, advanced analytics, and market performance data to shape strategy and fuel brand growth. This position also supports global initiatives by sharing North American insights and activating global Strategic Insights tools across the region. The Director of Business Analytics will have a Business Analyst as a direct report.

Main responsibilities include:

Support the Head of Strategic Insights for North America & broader North America Strategic Insights team to lead the relevant learning agenda & roadmap to address local key business priorities.

  • Leverage trends, data, consumer & shopper insights, and other relevant resources, such as macroeconomics, to inform local strategies, accelerate business growth and identify new business opportunities.

  • Build and lead the North America learning agenda aligned with business priorities.
  • Identify insight gaps and recommend the right mix of syndicated data and custom research.

Lead and coach the NorAm cheese & squeeze business analyst

  • Actively identify strengths and areas of opportunities for the Business Analyst through regular feedback, hands on coaching and stretch assignments that build confidence and leadership capabilities.
  • Build development plans for the team to grow their skillset in alignment with the company needs and vision for the North American Strategic Insights department
  • Create a culture of analytical rigor by setting standards for data quality, validation and insight generation across the team.

Contribute to the Strategic Insights full team life and mission:  

  • Responsible for transversal projects in the SI Community and Share business cases and best practices with other members across the globe. 
  • Roll out & amplify Strategic Insights global Business Analytics programs.

PROFILE/SKILLS

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience and expertise as business analyst & consumer insights with a strong focus on business analytics, in FMCG space.
  • Mastery working with data and data providers such as Circana/ Nielsen, Kantar, retailer data and loyalty cards analytic programs
  • Experience working in a multicultural, international environment / company is necessary.

A Chemtek is seeking a detail-oriented Analytical Chemist to support the testing, characterization, and documentation of analytical reference materials. This role will play an important part in maintaining product quality and supporting our quality systems.


The Analytical Chemist will be responsible for performing analytical testing to verify the identity, purity, and quality of reference materials using multiple analytical techniques. The role will also support method development, product documentation, and continuous improvement of laboratory procedures.

Key Responsibilities:


Analytical Testing

Our pharma client is seeking a Media Analytics Manager to join their team through end of 2026, 40 hours/week. This role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in Boston, MA.  

Role Summary
The Media Analytics Manager will join the Insights & Analytics team to support analytics operations, tagging governance, and channel performance reporting. This role ensures that data collected across digital touchpoints is accurately captured, structured, and made analytics-ready in alignment with enterprise measurement strategy. The candidate will work cross-functionally with analytics, marketing, agency, operations, and privacy partners to operationalize scalable and compliant data capture and measurement processes. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
 

Top Must Have Skills

5+ years experience in digital marketing analytics operations and reporting
Deep familiarity with digital measurement strategies, tagging, and taxonomy frameworks
5+ years experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
Experience leading tagging operations across web, email, and media
Strong understanding of privacy, consent, and data compliance requirements

Additional Qualifications

Bachelors degree required
Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience preferred
Experience with tag management systems such as Tealium or Google Tag Manager preferred

Responsibilities

Lead tagging and taxonomy operations across web, email, and digital media to ensure data capture frameworks align with measurement objectives
Oversee agency and vendor tagging processes, ensuring accurate deployment of tagging specs, trafficking sheets, and measurement standards across campaigns
Manage website analytics operations, including vendor-led Google Analytics tagging and configuration, to ensure accurate and analytics-ready data capture
Partner with privacy and legal teams to ensure compliant data collection, storage, and reporting
Own data quality assurance for third-party media data feeds, validating weekly publisher files for accuracy, completeness, and proper mapping
Deliver channel-specific analytics projects and ad-hoc reporting across web, email, and digital media initiatives

Objective of the Role

Our client is seeking a Director of Analytics & Insights to lead the strategic development of its measurement and insights capability. This individual will define how performance is measured, interpreted and communicated across client engagements, with a particular focus on ecommerce, digital advertising effectiveness and broader brand growth.

The role is designed for a senior leader who can combine technical depth with business judgment. The successful candidate will establish a clear vision for analytics and reporting, strengthen the quality of insight generation across the organization, and help create scalable frameworks that enable client teams to translate data into action. Ideal Profile
