The Manager - Data Science and Analytics plays a critical role in revenue and margin management for the Merchandising organization by performing various pricing analyses to exceed the financial targets. This highly visible individual will manage the daily and weekly promotions for print and digital marketing vehicles, so to be successful, strong analytical skills and business savviness is vital. This Team Member will develop and use analytics tools to draw insights and provides actionable recommendations while exhibiting higher-order critical thinking under ambiguous situations.
Major Activities
- Machine Learning Forecasting: Maintain, regularly run, and potentially adjust time-series forecasting pipelines with backtesting, accuracy diagnostics, drift detection, and ongoing monitoring.

- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Merchants and Pricing Advisory to translate business needs into features for retail pricing algorithm

We're looking for a sharp, Data Analyst, E-commerce Merchandising & Operations to join our team. - Communicate with Accounting to resolve invoicing, refund, and payment issues impacting order processing.

- Identify and escalate discrepancies between warehouse stock and system data; lead resolution efforts.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $67,500.00 - $112,500 annually. The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. We are seeking a hands-on QC/QA Hybrid Manager to lead our quality control operations and compliance systems in a new peptide manufacturing lab. This role combines day-to-day QC supervision, batch review, and analytical oversight with strategic quality management, including SOP development, CAPA, and regulatory readiness.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Control Operations
- Supervise QC testing workflows, including HPLC, LC-MS/MS, endotoxin, sterility, and CoA generation.
- Approve or reject batches for release in collaboration with production and analytical staff.
- Manage sample scheduling, instrument calibration, and lab documentation practices.
- Troubleshoot QC and analytical issues with the Lead Analytical Chemist.
Quality Management / Compliance
- Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs, batch records, change control, and CAPA processes.
- Ensure lab operations comply with cGMP, USP, FDA, and state Board of Pharmacy regulations.

A QC Analyst is an entry level position for individuals who use their understanding of science to perform the basic and critical experimental work of day-to-day analysis, including generation and analysis of data. Their work is “hands on” in an analytical lab and requires analytical testing, computer operating, record keeping, and report writing abilities. This position performs the quality testing needed for raw material, in-process, finished goods, stability, and cleaning validation analysis, while following all regulations and SOP’s.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform efficient/reliable/high quality analytical testing in accordance with USP/NF/EP/JP/FCC/etc. or customer supplied guidelines. Typical testing may include Dissolution, Titration, Polarimetry, Loss on Drying, Viscosity, Residue on Ignition, Heavy Metal Content, FTIR, HPLC, and GC, etc.
• Maintain accurate written records of all analysis performed.
• Accurately interpret and effectively communicate analytical results and issues.
• Schedule daily tasks in an organized and efficient manner.
• General knowledge of the use and operation of basic laboratory equipment.
• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment and instrumentation.
• Responsible for operating in a safe manner, must be familiar with basic laboratory and chemical hygiene practices
• Become proficient in standard operating procedures and test methods.
