POSITION SUMMARY
As a Lead Teacher, you’ll play an essential role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for infants, toddlers, and young children. Working closely with the Supervisor and the Childcare Manager, you will create developmentally appropriate curriculum, care for children’s basic needs, foster social and educational development, and communicate effectively with families. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education:

Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a childcare setting
- Must meet or exceed Vermont state qualifications for Lead Teacher
