J4 Commercial Services is seeking an experienced Air Compressor Service Technician with hands-on expertise in Rotary Screw and Reciprocating air compressors .

Travel frequently (50% expected); most weekends are spent at home, and extended trips rarely exceed two weeks.
What We're Looking For: 2 years of experience in servicing air compressors (preferred).
Familiarity with rotary vane, scroll compressors, medical air, or vacuum systems is highly valued.
Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools and test equipment.
Strong troubleshooting skills with both electrical and mechanical systems.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
A willingness to travel.
Experience in facilities maintenance or similar industries is a plus-but we're willing to train the right candidate.

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and necessary repairs to automobiles, trucks (light and heavy), trailers, vans and forklifts.
Disassembles and overhauls motors, transmissions, clutches, rear ends and electrical systems.
Complete all necessary documents, including vehicle records.
Manage ordering and inventory of parts.

Pay starting at $31.69 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $33.33 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead the development, implementation, and performance of CAE, Simulation, FEA, Stability, and Structural Analysis tools that support validation of new and existing vehicles, systems, and components. - Skilled in finite element analysis (FEA), computer aided design (CAD), 3-D modeling, and simulation software; preferably Nastran, FEMAP, Simcenter, and NX CAD
- Good written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel occasionally with overnight stays (0-5%)
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation to travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday
- Ability to learn operation of lift trucks
