Role Purpose
Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as MRI,CT, IVR, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catherization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.. Assists staff technologist in prioritizing and problem solving patient care or imaging issues, and serves as a resource person. Delegates tasks to ensure proper daily operations. Assumes responsibilities of supervisor in their absence. Assists in the development and training of students and/or new employees. Provides continuing mentorship to adv. mod tech, adv. mod senior tech, and Adv. Mod CI.
Responsibilities
- Prepares patient and equipment for procedures.
- Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other site as required by work area.
- Oversees shift operations to include daily workflow, assignments, lunch schedules, and adjusts priorities and assignments to best meet department needs. Enters/escalates IT and equipment tickets.
- Serves as the clinical resource and expert for the technologists. Their responsibilities include but are not limited to: problem solving, assisting with difficult exams, and mentoring.
- Serves as the clinical liaison between the team and supervisor. Ensures that proper information is communicated from the team and escalated to the supervisor appropriately. Maintains/orders necessary supplies for department needs.

This role is critical to ensuring applications are reviewed promptly, accurately, and consistently in accordance with company procedures and standardized leasing criteria.

Position Summary
The Application Processing Coordinator is primarily responsible for processing rental applications and preparing complete applicant files for review using established company procedures and standardized leasing criteria. This position plays a key role in supporting leasing operations by helping ensure timely and compliant application workflow across the organization.
This is an onsite position based at the corporate office. Remote work is not available for this role due to the high level of coordination, time-sensitive workflow management, access to systems, and collaboration required with onsite teams and leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process rental applications in a timely, accurate, and organized manner.
- Review application files for completeness and follow up on missing information or documentation.
- Prepare screening documentation and supporting materials for review in accordance with company policies and standardized leasing criteria.
- Objectively apply established leasing criteria to support approval or denial determinations.
- Escalate files to leadership when circumstances fall outside of standardized leasing criteria or require additional review.
- Maintain accurate records of applicant communications, file notes, and processing status.
- Coordinate with community teams, leasing staff, and corporate personnel regarding application status and required documentation.
- Prioritize application processing above other assigned administrative tasks.
- Communicate proactively if workload or deadlines may impact completion of non-application-related assignments.
- Support operational and administrative projects as assigned, provided such duties do not interfere with application processing priorities.
- Maintain confidentiality of applicant, resident, and company information.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative, leasing support, application processing, or related experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to interpret and apply standardized policies, procedures, and criteria consistently.
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn property management and applicant screening systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

- Experience in multifamily housing, property management, leasing support, or centralized operations.

Overview:
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Shift:
Full-Time/Days 36 hours
5 eight-hour shifts week one, and 4 eight-hour shifts the next!
No on calls!
Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (associate's degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of a course within 30 days of hire.
One or more of the certifications below may be required based on the position/unit hired to, or acquisition of certification within the department, required timeframe:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- CPHON (Certified Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurses)
- OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization)
- S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And Emotional Support) Six Assessment & Care Modules
- C-EFM (Fetal Monitor Certification)
- Other unit-specific certifications as required
Physical Requirements:
• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. regularly.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
