What You’ll Do As a vital part of our team, you'll support 3-4 association clients, ensuring seamless coordination and support of members and conferences and events.

Responsibilities:
- Sell tickets, season passes and season parking to Guests entering the park.
- Accurately scanning tickets and season passes to allow Guests through the entry gate.
- Process season passes.
- Friendly Guest interaction.
- Maintain Six Flags' Guest First Standards.
- Handle all guest requests for the processing of Season Passes and Membership ID Cards
- Operate a computer with picture-taking ability.
- Ensure a safe and clean work area.
- Answer guest questions and give proper guidance.
- Ensure guest safety and satisfaction during their stay at Six Flags.
- Resolve Guest concerns that may arise daily
- Ensure standards of performance for all areas within their responsibilities are met.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old.

Respond to customer or send to appropriate internal party.
Notify help desk of system issues.
Perform data entry function to update customer or provider information.
Obtain required or missing information via correspondence or telephone.
May serve as contact for the various groups regarding claims which involves conducting research, obtaining medical records/letters of medical necessity from TMG, reopen or initiate new cases as needed and refer case to clinicians.
Support and maintain communications with various in-house areas regarding groups? concerns, i.e.: Marketing, Provider Affairs, and SSD.
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc.

Experience coordinating member medical related needs, providing assistance to members, and analyzing member needs.
PC proficiency including Microsoft Office applications.
