Ideal candidate will be admitted in New York and have 3-12+ years of litigation defense experience. Ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas: General Liability, Premises Liability, Construction Defect, Construction Labor Law, Auto, Product Liability, Toxic Tort, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Transportation, Professional Liability, Insurance Defense, Tort, Civil Defense.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned cases
• Handle cases from inception to conclusion
• Take and defend depositions
• Make court appearances
• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications:

• JD from accredited law school
• Strong research and writing skills
• 3-12+ years of experience
• Must be admitted in New York. New Jersey admission is a plus!

The Meal Relief Registered Nurse servicing the Intensive Care and Stepdown Units, as a professional practitioner, assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care while he/she is relieving other licensed nurses during break/meal periods. If that is you, come be a part of what makes us great and apply today!

• According to the established standards of nursing practice and standards of care, he/she demonstrates an ability to make clinical nursing judgement in an efficient and effective manner
• Demonstrates critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care and consistently performs according to the standards of the profession
• The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of skilled, high quality patient care; for assisting in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating nursing practice and collaborating with members of the healthcare team

• Valid California RN license required
• Current BCLS certification required
• Current ACLS required
• National RN Certification preferred
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Minimum of one-year acute care hospital nursing experience in Critical Care/ICU
