Position Description: We are currently seeking a Make Ready Tech to join our team. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and will be responsible for completing make readies and light work orders and other required tasks. The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the property, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The Electro-Optics (EO) department is responsible for requirements decomposition, detailed design and production support of the EO Sensors/Seekers, including the detectors, cryogenic systems, and structures making up the sensor/seeker subsystems. The multi-disciplined department includes engineers that may be responsible for the following: Designing, modeling/analyzing, and verifying optical components within a sensor/seeker designing the structures that hold the optics, including any mechanisms needed to move optics, as well as the cryogenic systems used to cool and maintain the temperature of EO detectors. Relaying critical detector interface and performance requirements to detector suppliers and verifying requirements are met. Utilize many different engineering discipline skills to assemble, test and verify optical, electrical, and mechanical components as they are built up into the sensor/seeker subsystem

Qualifications You Must Have

• Master’s degree in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major.
• Experience with Electro-Optical subsystems.
• This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

To entertain and engage with guests to creeate an immersive experience as directed by Production staff. 

• Perform all shows on time and follow instructions from Lead or Supervisor for Meet & Greets.
• Perform your respective roles as set by the Production Staff and Full Time Management. The performance will not vary from the direction set during the production period throughout the course of the show’s run.
• Strictly adhere to the park and Warner Bros. rules concerning your activities while wearing and preparing the costumes.
• Be prepared and hydrated for the potential of a 20-degree increase in temperature from the outside air.
• Protect your costume from abuse or damage, and see the costumes are properly groomed and maintained.
• Keep guest safety and satisfaction in mind during the performance and as an escort. This may include guiding guests to and from the characters, maintaining order, taking pictures and assisting guests by answering questions regarding general park information.
• Keep the character’s safety in mind at all times. This may include providing a safe walking space through the park, both onstage and backstage, maintaining a safe space between the character and guests, keeping track of each appearance’s duration and physical condition of the performer in the costume.
