Data integrity is crucial to capturing the value of an ERP system. Master Data Specialist will be responsible for understanding how data should be created, maintained, interconnected, and utilized within the new system to satisfy the key needs of all stakeholders. During the ERP project, Master Data Specialist will play a crucial role in system validation and integration testing, by validating that business use cases are functioning as intended. Job Responsibilities

ERP Design & Preparation

• Work with business process leads, key stakeholders and end users to understand end-to-end, cross-functional data requirements
• Ensure data requirements are captured in business use cases
• Participate in master data discovery, extraction, cleansing, conversion, and loading
• Support data augmentation as needed
• Support data visualization as needed

Position Summary:

The IBP Strategic Data Analyst will manage, maintain, govern, and analyze SAP MRP and all modules of Planning systems/Platforms. Master Data to ensure and measure integrity, accuracy, and consistency. Provide clear direction, training and lead activities related to master data management and settings within the systems. Minimum Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, business analysis, or data analytics (luxury retail experience strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of retail operations, store workflows, and reporting needs.
• Advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups, data validation, logical functions; Power Query or similar tools preferred).

One of our large CDMO clients is seeking data migration specialist to transition from a legacy Quality Management System (QMS) to MasterControl. This role focuses on extracting structured and unstructured data from the previous QMS platform, validating its accuracy, and entering and organizing information within MasterControl according to established procedures. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with quality documentation and regulated data environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract data from the legacy QMS, including documents, records, metadata, and historical logs.

Salary Range: $47,670 - $59,535

• Technical role focused on supporting market data applications and data feeds.
• Works in a cross-business technology unit collaborating with teams across APAC, EMEA, and North America in a follow-the-sun support model.
• Focus on issue resolution, process improvements, and product rollouts across multiple asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for core Market Data services and applications including:
• Open Bloomberg, LSEG Workspace, FactSet, Arcontech Excelerator, Market Axess and other platforms
• Provide technical support for broker and trading applications, including:
• Tradeweb, ICAP, Brokertec, Tullett Prebon, Tradition
• Coordinate vendor software packaging, including: Scripting, QA testing, Production releases
• Monitor production environments proactively and manage system changes.
• Participate in process improvement and hygiene metrics reviews.
• Manage daily operations, incident resolution, and change management activities.
• Work with engineering and build teams for smooth transition from project delivery to BAU (Business as Usual).
• Collaborate with external vendors to drive application strategy and support delivery.
• Take full ownership and accountability for issues and ensure vendors resolve root causes.

Essential Skills

• Experience with virtual desktop environments and streaming platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills to interact with traders, support teams, and vendors.
• Experience handling technical troubleshooting and high-priority incidents.
• Understanding of change management frameworks and ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as:
• PowerShell
• Visual Basic
• Strong documentation and knowledge management practices.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and within teams under pressure.
