We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead mechanical reliability and maintenance operations within a high-volume agricultural manufacturing facility specializing in extracted humate products. This role is highly mechanical and operationally focused, with primary responsibility for maintaining and optimizing spray drying systems, pumps, valves, rotating equipment, and bulk material handling systems.

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs while directly supporting troubleshooting of spray dryers, thermal processing systems, and fluid handling equipment. • Perform confined space entries.
• Work at heights to access valves and lock out points.
• Rebuild pumps, valves, bearing assemblies, and mechanical seals.
• Perform safety inspections of rigging and fall protection equipment.

Requirements :

• High School Diploma.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of industrial process maintenance and systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodations.
• Valid driver's license.
