In this role, The Senior UI Developer – Angular & Node.js is a technical leader responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering scalable, high-performance user interfaces for enterprise applications. This role requires deep expertise in Angular, modern JavaScript frameworks, and Node.js, along with the ability to guide teams, influence UI architecture decisions, and collaborate closely with product, UX, and backend stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

About the Role 


We’re seeking Master’s-level professionals who feel confident facilitating groups, collaborating closely with therapists, and thriving in a part-time, fully remote telehealth environment.


Clinicians at Charlie Health begin making a difference on day one, working alongside a highly skilled therapy team to translate psychoeducation into meaningful, real-world change for clients. While each team member brings unique strengths and experience, all staff are expected to be fluent across multiple modalities. Our clients face complex behavioral and emotional challenges, and we’re looking for group facilitators who are deeply aligned with Charlie Health’s mission to provide life-saving mental health treatment.


Responsibilities 



  • Complete all Onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date 
  • Check-in with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director at a minimum of 1x/month
  • Respond to all email and Slack communication promptly (within 48 hours) 
  • Review the curriculum aligned to group assignment prior to group start time 
  • Arrive ~10 minutes early to  scheduled group time and facilitate all groups for the entirety of the hour  
  • Facilitate groups using the current Charlie Health curriculum and best practices
  • Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing and Wellness Hour as needed 
  • Foster client engagement and group cohesion, encouraging client participation and fostering camera-on culture
  • Following all operational policies and procedures as indicated by Charlie Health best practices 
  • Participate in collaborative Therapy Treatment Team (Tuesdays) and Group Supervision (every other Friday) with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director, peers and other Clinical Leadership team members
  • Collaborate closely with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists and Care Coaches 
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with all clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents
  • Monitor your treatment documentation to ensure all of your notes are completed within required 24 hour timeframe and meet agency and professional standards per DHCS and The Joint Commission standards
  • Demonstrate professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements 



  • Availability to work weeknights (3-8pm MT on Monday to Thursday) and Saturdays
  • Master’s degree in mental health or related field (see examples below)
  • Experience working with diverse age demographics in intensive treatment settings
  • Demonstrated proficiency across multiple treatment modalities, with the confidence to thoughtfully integrate them into clinical practice (e.g., DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus)
  • Strong belief in and advocacy for group-based treatment alongside individual therapy
  • Ability to facilitate effective, engaging telehealth sessions
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection for client sessions
  • Proficiency with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) as well as EMR and outcomes survey software
  • Part time, 1099 contractor role

In this role, the Order Mgmt. CSA (Customer Service Analyst) is accountable for effectively managing the entire order lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective order entry, validation, processing and tracking to ensure on time and in full delivery of customer orders always maintaining a good relationship with the customer. Purchase orders are essentially received via EDI, Email / FAX etc. The list of activities extends with Order entry/adjustments, collaboration with sales, S&OP, shipping facilities, carrier, coordinating with customer’s receiving team to ensure timely and in full delivery of goods.


Responsibilities


· Checking various sources of PO inflow (EDI queue, Fax / email inbox & USPS) periodically

· Entering orders in the business ERP within given TAT

· Proactively manage product allocation on the orders.

· Ensuring delivery note on sales orders gets created in a timely fashion.

· Coordinating with shipping facilities to get the product shipped to customers.

· Coordinating with carrier team to obtain periodic status of the load (pickup / in transit / delivery)

· Coordinating with demand control team to obtain availability dates of short / unavailable items on customer’s order.

· Coordinating with customers to obtain substitutes (replacement items) for unavailable items and share availability dates.

· Support customers with pool date coordination, rush shipment arrangements, and problem resolution.

· Order track and trace when shipped out of the shipping facility and share real time updates with the customer.

· Communicating with customers about various process updates such as (Order Qty or Date changes, different updates on availability, delivery, etc).

· Daily maintenance in SAP which would include reviewing error reports with the order management tool: ZORD

· Analyzing order trend of customers and raise flag if variation experienced.

· Work as a team to process any ad hoc request promptly

· Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external stakeholders’ inquiries quickly, effectively and professionally.

· Ability to analyze and resolve problems before escalating to the next level.

The Director Analytics is a high-level leader that will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing analytics initiatives, and ensuring the effective use of data to drive business outcomes. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Implement the overall analytics strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Drive innovation and identify opportunities to leverage analytics for competitive advantage.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of advanced data analysis and modeling techniques to extract actionable insights.
  • Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and reliability of analytical models.
  • Lead the solution options, design and creation of interactive reports and dashboards using BI tools including Power BI and similar platforms.
  • Customize visualizations to meet the specific needs of different business units.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT peer teams, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing and Sales Technology to align analytics strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their analytical needs.
  • Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Work closely with IT teams to enhance data quality and accessibility.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance scorecards to monitor the effectiveness of analytics initiatives.
  • Implement alert mechanisms for timely identification of performance issues.
  • Provide strategic insights derived from analytics to support executive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align analytics with overall business strategy.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Required Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • 7+ years in business application design and systems development, including implementation and installation in multiple EDW and BI environments with various technologies (e.g., HANA, SAP BW, Tableau, BusinessObjects, , Oracle BI, Microsoft BI)
  • 5+ years BI development and architecture design.
  • At least 5 years’ experience developing Enterprise BI Solution on 3 of the EDW platforms (Teradata, SQLServer, Oracle, , HANA, SAP BW, etc.)
  • Experience in integrating complex SAP ERP and non-SAP data sources.
  • Experience with migrating to Cloud Data Platform – Azure preferred, AWS or GCP
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
  • Strong knowledge of principles, techniques, and best practices of data modeling, dimensional data modeling, and data profiling.
  • Developing proven team structure and processes that drive results.
  • Solid understanding of broader organization context and goals.
  • Able to delegate work effectively to team members; ensures tasks are completed without micromanaging.
  • Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations while preserving relationships.
  • Focused on and responsible for their team's productivity and collective impact.

About the Role 


We’re seeking Master’s-level professionals who feel confident facilitating groups, collaborating closely with therapists, and thriving in a part-time, fully remote telehealth environment.


Clinicians at Charlie Health begin making a difference on day one, working alongside a highly skilled therapy team to translate psychoeducation into meaningful, real-world change for clients. While each team member brings unique strengths and experience, all staff are expected to be fluent across multiple modalities. Our clients face complex behavioral and emotional challenges, and we’re looking for group facilitators who are deeply aligned with Charlie Health’s mission to provide life-saving mental health treatment.


Responsibilities 



  • Complete all Onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date 
  • Check-in with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director at a minimum of 1x/month
  • Respond to all email and Slack communication promptly (within 48 hours) 
  • Review the curriculum aligned to group assignment prior to group start time 
  • Arrive ~10 minutes early to  scheduled group time and facilitate all groups for the entirety of the hour  
  • Facilitate groups using the current Charlie Health curriculum and best practices
  • Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing and Wellness Hour as needed 
  • Foster client engagement and group cohesion, encouraging client participation and fostering camera-on culture
  • Following all operational policies and procedures as indicated by Charlie Health best practices 
  • Participate in collaborative Therapy Treatment Team (Tuesdays) and Group Supervision (every other Friday) with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director, peers and other Clinical Leadership team members
  • Collaborate closely with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists and Care Coaches 
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with all clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents
  • Monitor your treatment documentation to ensure all of your notes are completed within required 24 hour timeframe and meet agency and professional standards per DHCS and The Joint Commission standards
  • Demonstrate professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements 



  • Availability to work weeknights (3-8pm MT on Monday to Thursday) and Saturdays
  • Master’s degree in mental health or related field (see examples below)
  • Experience working with diverse age demographics in intensive treatment settings
  • Demonstrated proficiency across multiple treatment modalities, with the confidence to thoughtfully integrate them into clinical practice (e.g., DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus)
  • Strong belief in and advocacy for group-based treatment alongside individual therapy
  • Ability to facilitate effective, engaging telehealth sessions
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection for client sessions
  • Proficiency with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) as well as EMR and outcomes survey software
  • Part time, 1099 contractor role
