Under the general direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Obstetrician/Gynecologist is responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases and disorders of female genital, urinary and rectal organs. Expected to treat women during prenatal, natal, and postnatal periods.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Obstetrician/Gynecologist is responsible for performing the following duties:

  • Examines patient to determine medical problem, utilizing physical findings, diagnostic images, laboratory test results, and patient’s statements as diagnostic aids.
  • Discusses problem(s) with patient, and prescribes medication and exercise or hygiene regimen, or performs surgery as needed to correct malfunctions or remove diseased organ.
  • Determines need for modified diet and physical activities, and recommends plan.
  • Periodically examines patient, prescribes medication or surgery, if indicated.
  • Delivers infant, and cares for mother for prescribed period of time following childbirth.
  • Performs cesarean section or other surgical procedure as needed to preserve patient’s health and deliver infant safety.
  • May treat patients for diseases of generative organs.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of an accredited school of medicine and licensed to practice medicine in the State of California, by the California State Board of Medical Quality Assurance.
  • Current DEA License required.
  • Because of the indigent and migrant types of patients seen by Clinicas, the ability to speak both Spanish and English is preferred.

This position will comply with bank and investor guidelines with portfolio and investor mortgage loans, conducting required functions for special asset protection management.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Execute and submit secondary market investors, government agencies, and mortgage insurance delinquency and status reports to safeguard the company's interest

  • In connection with the title, survey and zoning review process, communication directly with title agents, surveyors and zoning parties to negotiate policies, finalize surveys and finalize zoning reports. Prepare title and survey memos.

Overview

Seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant to support real estate attorneys in the Real Estate practice group and the firm's Managing Partner. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with firm leadership while supporting both a sophisticated commercial real estate practice and firm management.

The position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong organizational skills and prior experience in real estate law who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment. The role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, communicate effectively with clients and third parties, and maintain a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to several attorneys within the Real Estate practice group and the firm's Managing Partner
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and client communications
  • Support the Managing Partner with scheduling, correspondence, and day-to-day administrative needs, including coordination of firm management and leadership activities
  • Prepare, revise, and format transactional documents, correspondence, and closing materials
  • Assist with commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and closing binders
  • Assemble, organize, and distribute electronic closing books, including signature pages, recorded documents, title policies, and executed agreements
  • Coordinate due diligence materials, maintain due diligence date trackers and maintain closing checklists
  • Coordinate execution of documents, including circulating signature pages and managing notarization requirements
  • Manage electronic and filing systems, ensuring all transaction documents are properly saved, organized and accessible
  • Perform time entry, expense reporting, billing coordination, and matter intake and management
  • Communicate professionally with colleagues, clients, opposing counsel, lenders, and title companies
  • Maintain confidentiality of internal firm information and client information and exercise sound and professional judgment in handling sensitive matters
  • Collaborate with attorneys to develop, implement, and refine processes and workflows to ensure efficient transaction management and the highest level of client service


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of legal assistant or administrative experience in a real estate or transactional practice
  • Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate documents and closing processes
  • Experience with document management and timekeeping systems, and strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, OneDrive and PowerPoint
  • Experience with DocuSign
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with the ability and comfort to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, and third parties

We are looking for capable Real Estate Portfolio Consultant to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to scout potential clients in order to achieve high occupancy rates. Your role will be to manage a small maintenance team on work orders and inspections in addition to creating leases, lease renewals and processing rental applications. You will understand the functionality of how the office is managed and to ensure job accuracy and if any troubleshooting is required. You will ensure all deadlines are being made in a timely manner and escalate to if needed.
Responsibilities will include:

* Processing applications
* Processing work orders
* Must be organized and able to multi task
* Answering phones and make outgoing calls to customer and clients.
* Performing background checks, credit checks and other responsibilities to see if prospective renters are qualified
* Preparing leasing documents for potential renters using property standards and regulations
* Handling the collection of rent payments, security deposits and application fees
* Keeping residents informed of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property issues
* Building a rapport with current tenants to give them personalized service
* Processing work orders & make ready's
* Presenting properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
* Advertising available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
* Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
* Coordinates move-in dates, materials, and processes.
* Assists with recordkeeping, filing, bookkeeping, and paperwork as required
* Develops and implements marketing strategies to attract renters
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
