As a Sr. Client Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business results for Pinterest's largest strategic advertisers. Your expertise throughout the funnel tactics will help you grow and nurture client relationships and guide them from awareness through to conversion and retention.   • Complete Exception Item Processing (EIP), including handling NSF items, chargebacks, and reviewing incoming and outgoing return checks.
  • Scan and allocate client documents into the imaging system (Synergy).
  • Provide support for internal and external audits, as well as regulatory examinations.


Education and Experience:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Banking Operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ACH processing, NACHA compliance rules, and handling exception/return items is preferred.

JOB SUMMARY


  • Responsible for the management and oversight of all SACET divisions including therapy, education, advocacy and SART.

  • Provides direct supervision to therapy coordinator, advocacy coordinator, education team leader, and SART coordinator to ensure that overall clinical expectations are met.
