The Systems Administrator is part of the global Information Technology team. Reporting to the IT regional Manger of Infrastructure. To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:

  • Experience in LAN/WAN operations with solid knowledge of LAN/WAN configurations to include experience with Cisco routers and switches, Internet firewalls and wireless technology required.

The IT Support Specialist role involves providing end-user desktop support both remotely and in-person, handling Tier (1-2) support tickets, and working on technology implementation projects.
