LIFE OF THE SALES LEAD
The Sales Lead focuses on providing a superior level of customer service to clients, while increasing conversion and retention, to drive business revenue and inspire brand loyalty. The Sales Lead will work together with the team and reports to the Boutique’s Manager. The Sales Lead will focus on the development of new clients, converting walk-in traffic into Calzedonia ambassadors by creating excitement and desire around the product, sharing customized fashion tips and providing high-level of professionalism. The Sales Lead role requires a positive, goaloriented, outgoing and engaging personality, always taking the first step to engage with clients. The Sales Lead demonstrates high level of skill to interact with the clients and identify their needs that will potentially maximize their sales commissions every week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.

- Be responsible of capturing customers’ information using multiple means to communicate, utilizing phone and written follow-up contact.
- Client Book Management including follow up with clients regarding their shopping experience, potential inquiries such as product care instructions.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals agreed upon with your Store Manager
- Demonstrate a full knowledge of the product including benefits to maximize the sales opportunity.
- Utilize your fashion expertise to inspire others and build collaborative partnerships in a team-focused environment.
- Supporting managers in maximizing efficiency in executing standard in-store operations, such as daily replenishment and processing of seasonal markdowns
- Partnering with the Manager to leverage knowledge of internal systems to conduct business analyses and keep track of both store and individual KPIs.
- Supporting managers in maintaining the visual and housekeeping standards of the store
- Able to successfully operate our POS system, conduct email, opening and closing procedures.
- Store Cleanliness: at our stores, we take great pride in providing our customers with a clean and well-maintained shopping environment. This includes the cleanliness and organization of the store: including but not limited to the salesfloor, fitting rooms, cash desk area, and backroom areas such as bathroom and stockroom. As a retail employee, you are expected to take the initiative of upkeeping the cleanliness in the store.
- Teams will be required to conduct daily cleaning tasks included but not limited to:
- Dust and clean shelves, furniture, fixtures and decor
- Clean doors, window glass, mirrors (exterior and interior)
- Pick up and empty trash cans and garbage taking it to the dumpster as needed
- Sweep and mop hard floors
- Wipe and sanitize sinks, countertops, shared common areas and equipment
TEAM DYNAMIC
- Report directly to Assistant Manager and Store Management to ensure clients experience high quality customer service, completing store operations efficiently and implementing sales strategies thus meeting and exceeding commercial goals.
- Provides training to new teammates which may include cross-department functions.
- Based on your experience with Calzedonia and performance, you may be selected to support New Stores Openings across the US as a team bonding opportunity and a chance to put your skills and knowledge to the test!

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Position Summary
The Account Manager oversees the daily operations of an assigned location, ensuring exceptional service for clients and guests. This role involves managing staff, maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing financial aspects such as revenue and payroll, and performing valet duties when needed.
Primary Objective
To lead and manage valet operations by delivering outstanding guest service, optimizing efficiency, and driving financial performance. The Account Manager focuses on staff development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction, ensuring a safe, professional, and organized valet experience while continuously improving service quality and business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary contact for each property, ensuring contractual obligations are met while fostering open communication, addressing concerns, and building trust with stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities for service improvements and business growth.
Daily Operational Oversight
Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance to ensure smooth daily operations at each location. Conduct regular site visits to identify and resolve issues, maintain equipment, improve processes, and uphold consistent customer service standards.
Financial and Administrative Tasks
Monitor site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses to identify trends and irregularities, working with the Regional Director on cost control and accurate record-keeping to keep operations financially on track and within budget.
Team Supervision and Training
Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates, set clear performance expectations, and foster a positive work environment by modeling professionalism and enforcing company policies to support employee satisfaction and excellent customer service.
Communication and Reporting

MNCLS is hiring a litigation attorney, and I should probably save us both some time by being direct.
This is not the right role for a lawyer who needs the courtroom spotlight, a luxury-office backdrop, or a firm culture built on hierarchy, swagger, and billable-hour worship. If that is your thing, there are plenty of places that will scratch that itch. We are not one of them.
We represent owner-operated contractors, along with homeowners dealing with bad contractors and insurance disputes involving storm, water, and fire damage. The work matters. The clients are real. The problems are real. The budgets are real too.
That means most of our cases are not matters that should go to trial. The economics do not justify it. So the lawyer we hire needs to be genuinely good at the part of litigation that actually helps clients: assessing risk, managing cases, negotiating effectively, dealing confidently with opposing counsel, and bringing matters to a sensible resolution. You need to know civ pro and the general rules of practice. You need to be able to carry a substantial docket. And you need to be comfortable practicing against dyed-in-the-wool litigators without feeling professionally deprived because you are not constantly headed for trial.
We also need this person to help lead.

Job Summary:
The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, production-based cost estimates for assigned demolition and construction projects. This role develops bid strategies, performs quantity takeoffs and site reviews, analyzes direct and indirect costs, and supports estimate reviews and presentations. The Estimator applies company procedures and contract requirements to deliver competitive, compliant bids.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for concrete cutting, demolition, and related construction projects
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and scope reviews from plans and specifications
- Review contract documents to define scope, assess risk, and support bid strategy development
- Develop comprehensive cost breakdowns including labor, equipment, materials, and indirect costs
- Interface with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to clarify scope and pricing
- Provide technical input on means, methods, and equipment to support cost-effective execution
- Support Project Managers with value engineering, change orders, and extra work pricing
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and estimate reviews
- Identify opportunities for additional work through client interaction and project knowledge
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Experience estimating self-perform concrete cutting, demolition, or related construction work
- Proficient in quantity takeoffs and production-based estimating methods
- Experience with contract document review and scope definition
- Familiarity with cost analysis, labor/equipment productivity, and indirect cost development
- Experience supporting change orders and extra work pricing
- Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel, and estimating software; experience with Vista/ERP systems preferred
- Strong understanding of means, methods, and equipment selection for cost-effective execution
Essential Core Competencies:
- Analytical & Cost Accuracy: Develops detailed, production-based estimates using data analysis, historical costs, and productivity rates
- Scope & Risk Management: Interprets plans and specifications to define scope, identify gaps, and evaluate cost exposure
- Bid Strategy Development: Applies market knowledge and project requirements to produce competitive, compliant bids
- Technical Construction Knowledge: Understands demolition and concrete cutting means, methods, sequencing, and equipment
- Communication Skills: Collaborates effectively with project managers, operations, clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Time Management & Organization: Manages multiple bids and deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Team Collaboration: Partners with operations and business development to align estimates with execution plans
- Customer Focus: Builds client relationships and identifies opportunities for additional work
Experience and Education
- 3–5 years of estimating experience in concrete cutting, demolition, or related self-perform construction
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Ability to walk job sites when necessary.
- May be required to travel to job sites and other locations.
