As the Home Health Patient Care Manager, you are responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of clinical services. Coordinates and supervises an interdisciplinary team of staff to assure the continuity of high-quality care to home health patients assigned to the team's area in accordance with physician prescribed plan of care, and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Provides clinical services within the scope of practice, as defined by the state laws governing the practice of nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team
* Receives referrals, ensures appropriate clinician assignments, evaluate patient orders, and plot start of care visits
* Coordinates determination of patient home health benefits, medical necessity, and ongoing insurance approvals

As a Commercial Vehicle Sales Consultant , your primary responsibility is to drive sales and provide expert guidance to businesses and organizations in the selection and purchase of commercial vehicles.
You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of commercial vehicles, industry trends, and customer needs to offer tailored solutions.
Your role is pivotal in fostering strong customer relationships, maximizing sales opportunities, and contributing to the success of the commercial vehicle sales department.
Anticipated 1st year earnings, $150k Essential Job Functions and Duties: Drive proactive market intelligence efforts by identifying and qualifying businesses providing wheelchair-accessible transportation using advanced digital research tools and data platforms (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, online business directories, and industry-specific databases).
Execute 30–50 high-impact outbound sales activities daily (calls, emails, social outreach) to engage prospects, identify key decision-makers, and generate qualified commercial opportunities.
Expand brand presence through strategic community and industry networking, representing MBW at local events, professional groups, and transportation/mobility networks to develop new business channels.
Maintain exceptional CRM accuracy and discipline, ensuring all prospect, client, and activity data is fully documented, current, and actionable to support pipeline management and forecasting.
Develop and strengthen partnerships across OEM dealerships, Fleet Management companies, Transportation providers, Micro Transit organizations, NEMT operators, Senior Living Communities, and Group Homes to drive long-term commercial growth.
Lead the development of complex vehicle quotations, utilizing company tools, configuration systems, and customer requirements to generate precise full-size vehicle proposals.
Support the end-to-end vehicle conversion process, ensuring documentation, specifications, and order requirements are accurate and aligned with production timelines.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Local Store General Managers, Service Managers, and operational staff to clearly communicate commercial expectations, align on client needs, and ensure seamless delivery of commitments.
Ensure absolute compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable state and industry regulations.

Proactively take on additional responsibilities to support team success and evolving business needs.
Position Qualifications and Experience: High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Three (3) years of experience in outside sales preferred.
Automotive sales experience preferred.
Skills/Abilities: Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and independently manage daily activities.
Proven experience engaging effectively with diverse customer groups.
Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal.
Proficient in utilizing CRM platforms to manage customer and prospect data.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Demands/Work Environment: Ability to travel within defined geographic sales territory, estimated 15-20%.
Ability to work effectively in a professional office environment utilizing standard equipment (phones, computers, software platforms (Excel, Salesforce, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Must be capable of performing typical office-related physical activities (e.g., walking, standing, speaking, hearing, reaching, viewing screens, bending, etc.), as necessary to perform job functions.

Flexibility start time from 7am-9am thru 3:30pm-5pm. This is a remote position however, candidate must live in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex due to occasional onsite meetings/trainings. This will be discussed more in the interview.
Experienced collector for Traditional Medicare with billing experience and EPIC knowledge a plus. Knowledge of the Medicare DDE system and able to navigate within that system. Experience correcting claims returned from the provider directly in the DDE system.
Job duties include:
- Analyze payer underpayments, variances, and denials. Escalate trends, make comprehensive suggestions, and file professional appeals according to our contractual agreements and UT Southwestern policy.
- Responsible for outbound calls and/or status inquiries via payer's website validating receipt of medical claims and adjudication status within established timeframes.
- Display competency and ability to work within client based, research, and UTSW special arrangements.
- Be knowledgeable on all payer types and effectively work on special projects for specific initiatives for account resolution projects.
- Make necessary adjustments as required by plan reimbursement.
- Function as a departmental liaison for billing and collections support for internal and external customers, as required.
- Utilize systems tools and department resources to achieve production and quality targets for resolution of patient accounts.
- Investigates and responds to questions or requests for additional information in a timely and professional manner to ensure proper, timely and accurate payment of patient accounts.
- Maintains passing QA Scores
- Attends in-services, classes and meetings related to all operations to the PFS department. Understands reimbursement of all 3rd party payers.

Drives gasoline or diesel powered trucks to transport vacuum trailers to assigned location. Safely dispose of the fluids at the appropriate site location and well. Communicate with dispatch to receive further instructions on the next load location.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Drive the truck and trailer to the destination safely and efficiently.
- Inspect truck and trailer for defects before and after trips and report any discrepancies indicating truck condition.
- Must be able to drop and spot trailers on the appropriate yard.
- Ability to back trailers in and out of designated areas without damaging surrounding vehicles or property.
- Maneuvers trailers in and around tight corners, through manufacturing areas and around high traffic zones.
- Obey all traffic laws set by the state and federal government.
- Assume other responsibilities as assigned.
