Essential functions:
- Wire all controls and motors for watertube and firetube boilers and auxiliary equipment.
- Rebuild control valves and regulators.
- Build and test control panel using Engineering wiring schematic and layout.
- Build and test fuel skids using Engineering wiring schematic and layout.
- Build and test condensate tanks and deaerators.
- Trim out firetube and watertube boilers.
- Perform start-up of Rental boilers in field.
- Assist departments as required.
- Reads blueprints and wiring schematics.
- Able to trouble shoot, fire, and set combustion on all types of boilers, including but not limited to boiler with superheaters, desuperheaters, and economizers.
- Determines valve trim, regulator size and spring, oil gun length and size, and all other parts and accessories needed to fire any boiler.
- Able to fire and set combustion on boiler with all types of pneumatic controls.
- Able to fire and set combustion on boiler with all types of electrical controls.
- Able to train other employee’s on the operation and controls of boilers.
- Maintain condition of and inventory of all tools and monitors.

Quad Lomira is hiring a Full-Time Building Maintenance Mechanic (Boiler Room) This role is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining the boiler and solvent recovery systems to keep them in safe operating condition at all times. This includes boilers and their support equipment, solvent recovery from press to the adsorbers, water treatment equipment (boilers and cooling towers), chillers, pumps, air compressors, low pressure air blowers, vacuum pumps, and the fire suppression system.
The new hire will perform skilled mechanical maintenance work for a variety of systems with the primary responsibility being for boiler and solvent recovery systems. To contribute to the overall success of the department the operator will need to perform the following duties as well as others that are deemed necessary to maintain the operation. The position requires the operator to be able to perform the job responsibilities safety, efficiently, in accordance with DNR and EPA guidelines and regulations, and with minimal supervision.
* Boiler operation: Operate, adjust, shutdown and start-up equipment without supervision.
* Perform water testing and chemical treatment for boilers and cooling towers.

Owners Rep needed with a Construction Management/Superintendent background to oversee an EPC building a utility scale solar site for either a 6-12 month contract or contract to hire position with a well respected Owner Operator of utility scale sites.
Owners Rep - Construction Manager:
The Construction Manager is responsible for safety reporting, communication with internal and external stakeholders, onsite activity management, physical work of Owners vendors at the project site, to ensure compliance with applicable law and company policies, as well as contractual, industry, and regulatory requirements. Responsible for ensuring that the EPC Contractor complies with all aspects of site safety program and requirements. Acts as a liaison between project personnel, contractors, vendors, and public entities at the job site and is responsible for ensuring the safety of all employees and visitors. Also includes oversight of transfer of Care, Custody, and Control of Owner Furnished Equipment.
• Onsite Management: Ensure construction is in accordance with the scope of work, Industry Standards, Applicable Law, and Applicable Permits. Supervise on-site activities and ensure the following is being effectively managed by the EPC Contractor:

o Adherence to approved scope, housekeeping requirements and work rules.

• Budget Management: Ensure adherence to financial plans to implement cost-saving measures where appropriate.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Education or related experience beyond the high school diploma/equivalent would be required.
2 years banking, equivalent experience, or education required.
Thorough knowledge of Electronic Banking & EFT products such as Consumer Online Banking, Business Online Banking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and ACH, along with financial EFT regulations and requirements.

- Responsible for maximizing the sale of dock and door equipment and parts & service for dock & door within a specified territory to meet sales objectives.
- Develop existing accounts & seek new business. Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, & develop strong business relationships. Consult & problem solve to enhance the Company’s position in existing & target accounts.
- Develop a territory management plan to maximize time with customers.
- Develop sales strategies, proposals, & forecasts. Develop & conduct product demonstrations & sales presentations. Prepare quotations & customer correspondence.
