Overview

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented RV Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, inspect, repair, and overhaul recreational vehiclesranging from travel trailers to motorized units. You will work on systems including gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, chassis, and may specialize in generators, appliances, or interior components.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnostics & Repair

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot RV systems and components across multiple trades.
  • Perform functional repairs and install replacement parts to meet quality standards.
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to ensure vehicles are ready for customer handoff.

Systems & Structural Work

  • Repair and maintain propane gas and electric appliances.
  • Handle fiberglass, body, and structural repairs.
  • Install, repair, and maintain roofs, siding, windows, doors, vents, awnings, and flooring.

Electrical & Plumbing

  • Service 12V and 110V electrical systems, including batteries and wiring.
  • Maintain and repair RV plumbing and water systems.

Documentation & Communication

  • Read and write clear repair orders, documenting parts used and work performed.
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Parts team, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

General Support

  • Use service manuals, parts catalogs, and digital resources to research technical issues. Assist with department clean-up and tool maintenance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 23 years' hands-on experience in RV, automotive, or related trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
  • Familiarity with hitch installation and brake controller setup.
  • Basic electrical knowledge of 12V and 110V systems.
  • RVIA/RVIT certification (or equivalent RV maintenance experience).
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.

About the role:

The Office Assistant has to ensure day-to-day office tasks, functions and deliverables are being managed. This role requires being hands-on, executing best practices to ensure efficiency is always forefront. A Day in the Life: As a General Laborer/Fabricator employed at Veritas Steel's Wausau location, you are responsible for grinding, drilling, shop clean-up, and miscellaneous tasks. You can meet production demands promptly and complete high-quality work.

Your Day Includes:

  • Operating hand and power tools, such as grinders and sanders
  • Assisting with setup and operation of equipment necessary to fabricate material as required by job specifications
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including the proper storage and disposal of materials
  • Using proper safety equipment to ensure surfaces are adequately prepared for all operations
  • Coordinating with shop supervisor and other personnel to complete work orders efficiently, on time, and with top-notch quality
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Your Physical Abilities:

  • Able to lift 40 lbs. and carry 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to push /move objects up to 50 lbs. of force
  • Pulling requirements up to 122 lbs. of force
  • Necessary to stand, walk, stoop, and kneel
  • Must have a good range of motion when reaching forward, shoulder to overhead, and bending
  • Agile fingers and thumbs on both hands

Your Environment:

  • Work performed indoors in a large warehouse or outside in all weather conditions
  • Regular exposure to dirt, dust, paint fumes, noise, moving equipment, heavy steel, and other possible hazardous conditions
  • Safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel-toed boots are required

Job Description:
About the Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role is responsible for the efficient movement of products and freight on the dock, in the plant, and within the warehouse.
You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
  • Perform essential warehouse tasks, including the movement of product and freight in the plant, dock, and warehouse areas in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Effectively stage, setup and release orders in the system to improve warehouse efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Address inventory issues, outbound deliveries, and any discrepancies in the system.
  • Review the warehouse to ensure the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method is followed for orders unless otherwise directed.
  • Ensure outbound trailers are sealed or verify inbound trailers' seals to maintain product security.
  • Assign the correct dock doors to outbound deliveries based on product location and shipping requirements.
  • File all required shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork according to company procedures.
  • Conduct inventory and cycle counting processes to ensure accurate stock levels and address and resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies or product movement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and office environment to ensure safety and operational efficiency.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Production Technician located in Muncie, IN. The Production Technician will be responsible to set up, calibrate, operate and troubleshoot intelligent print and mail insertion equipment for multiple clients daily to ensure smooth production workflows through quality control checks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing preventive maintenance. The technician will adhere to production operations and maintain effective communication to resolve operational challenges and support overall efficiency in the production process.

- Document mail insertion operations in production management application and associated paperwork

- Oversee mail insertion equipment and to ensure that machinery is maintained to proper levels

Qualifications

  • Good technical aptitude and the willingness to learn and understand job-related subjects, including equipment operation, maintenance, and management processes/workflows, order entry and related clerical tasks, and organizational quality control procedures
